ADAT 2023 Exam: Result,Selection Process, Eligibility

ADYPU DAT 2023: All students wishing to enroll in various UG and PG courses in design such as automobile design, product design, and graphic design offered by Ajeenkya D Y Patil University (ADYPU) should appear ADAT entrance exam. ADAT is commonly known as ADYPU Design Aptitude Test. ADYPU DAT is a compulsory entrance examination for all prospective students from India who wish to join UG or PG design program in any school under the ADYP University Umbrella.

The authority has released the application form of ADAT 2023 for 2nd intake. Candidates can fill out the ADAT 2023 application form till March 31, 2023. Students have to pay Rs 2000 as an ADAT application fee after filling out the application form.

NOTE: Pay an ADYPU DAT application fee by a demand draft of Rs. 2000 drawn in favor of “Registrar, ADYPU”, payable at Pune.

The 2nd Intake of ADYPU Design Aptitude Test 2023 is scheduled to be held on April 5, 2023. The qualifier list of ADAT 2023 phase 2 will be declared on April 11, 2023. The duration of the ADAT 2023 will be 3 hours (10 am to 1 pm). The portfolio submission will take place from April 11 to 14, 2023, in both online and offline modes. 

Students who have cleared the ADAT 2023 have to appear in the personal interview. The Portfolio Evaluation and Personal Interview will be held from April 17 to 21, 2023. The final merit list of the ADAT entrance test 2023 will be declared on April 25, 2023.

The eligibility criteria of the ADYPU Design Aptitude Test 2023 specify the academic qualification that candidates have to fulfill to appear for the ADAT 2023.

• Candidates must have passed their 12 classes in any discipline (Science, Commerce, or Arts) or 3 years full-time diploma.

The phase 2 application form for the ADAT entrance test is available online mode till March 31, 2023. The ADYPU Design aptitude test application fee is Rs. 2000, which is non-refundable. Payment can be done through DD in favor of “Registrar, ADYPU”, payable at Pune. 

The demand draft should be accompanied by an admission form and submit it online. Candidates seeking to appear for the entrance test can read below to know the steps to fill ADAT 2023 application form. 

• Step 1 – Candidates have to click on the registration link
• Step 2 – Fill in the personal details, such as candidate’s name, father’s or mother’s name, address, mobile, number, date of birth, email, gender, nationality, and choice of course
• Step 3 – Candidates have to fill in the academic record such as examination passed or appeared, name of the school or college, board, and year of passing or appearance.
• Step 4 – Upload your picture and payment receipt/scan copy of DD/cheque (maximum 96dpi in resolution), and mention the date and place.
• Step 5 – Tick on ‘I Accept' and click on the ‘Submit’ button. 

Application Fees

• Candidates must go through the exam pattern of the ADYPU Design Aptitude Test (ADAT) to know the type of questions asked along with their weightage.
• Students will also know about the marking scheme and the duration of the exam by going through the exam pattern. The type of questions asked in the exam is multiple-choice questions

Ajeenkya D Y Patil University (ADYPU) will issue the admit card of ADAT 2023 in online mode. Candidates can download their ADAT 2023 admit card by visiting the received link on the registered email id.

How to download the ADYPU DAT 2023 admit card?

• Login to the registered email id.
• Find the received link to the ADAT 2023 admit card.
• Then, click the download admit card button.
• It will automatically download in pdf format.
• Take a printout of the ADAT 2023 hall ticket for your future use.

Ajeenkya D Y Patil University (ADYPU) will declare the ADAT 2023 result for the 2nd Intake on April 25, 2023. The result will be sent to the candidate's registered mail ID. The ADAT exam result will be announced in a form of a merit list.

Also, candidates can check their ADAT entrance exam results at adypu.edu.in. In order to check the result, students have to enter their valid application number and date of birth.

• Next, enter the application number and date of birth
• The ADYPU design aptitude test result will appear on the screen
• Take a printout of it for your future use

After the personal interview, the authority releases the selection list wherein the names of qualified candidates are mentioned, which is prepared at the end of every admission cycle. The admission offer letter is issued to qualified candidates on the specified date. If a candidate is disqualified, he/she is informed about their weak points and is given time to work on it.

The Ajeenkya D Y Patil University (ADYPU) will conduct the Personal Interview from April 17 to 21, 2023. The main motive of the interview is to assess the candidate’s passion and commitment to the chosen course. There is no specific preparation required for this interview, however, candidates might be asked to perform some small tasks.
