National Institute of Design invited application forms for NID DAT 2016 from October 12, 2015 for the candidates who wish to apply for the NID Design Aptitude Test (DAT) to be conducted on January 10, 2016. The percentile score required to qualify NID DAT 2020 is 45 for SC category. According to last year qualifying cut off the percentile required for clearing the test was 40 for SC students.
Percentile is calculated as follows :
Let your rank be 60 and the total number of candidates were 2000 then your percentile will be,
(2000- 60)/2000 *100 = 97
The cut off marks will depend on the number of candidates appearing for the exam.
NID DAT 2020 cutoff has not been released by the authorities yet. You can go through the link below and check the previous year cutoff for reference:
NID DAT MAINS will include drawing as well as sculpture or model making. It will be a three hour paper and the maximum marks that cam be obtained is 100.
