Candidates who have passed their Matriculation examination AND have also passed a three-year diploma in any Trade from Punjab State Board of Technical Education & Industrial Training, Chandigarh, or such Examination from any other recognized State Board of Technical Education, or Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology, Longowal are eligible to apply.

A username and password will be allotted to the candidate and will be sent through SMS and email.
Login to the dashboard using the login credentials.
Fill in the required details.
Book your preferred slot date and time for the CGCUET test.
Make registration fee payment of Rs. 1000.
Confirmation of fee payment and test details will be sent to the candidate via email and also SMS.

The test consists of 50 multiple choice questions with a duration of 50 minutes.
Marking Scheme: +2 for each correct answer.
There is no negative marking.
There will be 2 sections - A & B.
Section A - 25 questions and Section B - 25 questions.
Section A is compulsory and consists of Basic English, Basic Computers, Quantitative Aptitude and General Knowledge.
From Section B, candidates need to select the relevant subject from Medical, Non-Medical, Commerce, & Humanities/Arts.
