    IIT Bombay has released the CEED 2026 scorecard on March 10, 2026. Candidates can download the scorecard through their login on the official website - ceed.iitb.ac.in. Earlier, IIT Bombay declared the CEED 2026 result on March 4, 2026. IIT Gandhinagar has been added as a participating institute in CEED 2026. There is no centralised counseling in the CEED 2026 exam.     CEED 2026 was conducted on January 18 from 9 am to 12 pm. CEED 2026 syllabus tests candidates' creativity, communication skills, and ensures that a candidate possesses both theoretical and practical knowledge. Candidates will be shortlisted for the CEED admissions based on their consolidated scores in both parts of the CEED 2026 exam. Through the Common Entrance Exam for Design, candidates will be admitted into the M.Des programmes of various participating IITs and other colleges that accept CEED scores.

    The CEED 2026 result has been declared online on March 4 at ceed.iitb.ac.in by IIT Bombay. The CEED results 2026 can be checked by logging into the official website with the allotted login credentials. The CEED 2026 scorecard is available for download from March 10 to July 31. The scorecard will be valid for admission in the current academic year only.

    When is CEED Exam 2026?

    CEED 2026 exam was conducted on January 18, 2026 in online mode. IIT Bombay will conduct the CEED exam simultaneously at all the designated exam centres on the same day.

    CEED Eligibility Criteria 2026

    The authorities released the CEED eligibility criteria 2026 through the official brochure at its web portal - ceed.iitb.ac.in. The CEED 2026 eligibility criteria will verify the candidate's academic background and skills to appear for the entrance exam. The eligibility criteria for CEED 2026 is mentioned below:

    • Candidates must have completed a graduate degree/diploma/postgraduate degree program of a minimum of three years (after 10+2 level)
    • (or) must be appearing for the final examination of such a program by July 2026,
    • (or) must have passed the GD Arts diploma program (10+5 level) by July 2026.
    • There is no age limit to appear for CEED
    • Candidates can appear for CEED any number of times

    CEED 2026 Syllabus

    The CEED syllabus 2026 will ensure transparency and provide a structured guide-map for the students.     CEED Syllabus - Part A

    • Visualisation and spatial reasoning: Ability to visualise and transform 2D shapes and 3D objects and their spatial relationships
    • Practical and scientific knowledge. Know-how of scientific principles and everyday objects
    • Observation and design sensitivity. Capacity to detect concealed properties in day-to-day life and think critically about them. Attention to detail, classification, analysis, inference, and prediction
    • Environment and society: General awareness of environmental, social, and cultural connections with design.
    • Analytical and logical reasoning: Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information.
    • Language: Proficiency in reading and comprehending Standard English
    • Creativity. Grasp verbal and non-verbal analogies, metaphors, signs, and symbols.
    • Art and Design knowledge: Awareness about art/artefact/product, artists/designers, art/design history, and trends.
    • Design methods and practices. Knowledge of media, materials, production processes, and ergonomics

    • Drawing Ability to draw products, people, or scenes in proportion with good line quality, composition, proportion, perspective, and shading.
    • Creativity: Capacity to think out of the box and come up with unique as well as diverse solutions.
    • Communication: Skills to communicate concepts and ideas clearly with the help of text and visuals
    • Problem identification: Capability to understand the user and the context, knowledge of properties of materials, and their appropriate use in design.

    IIT Bombay issued the CEED admit card 2026 online. Candidates need to login using their allotted login credentials to download the CEED 2026 admit card. The CEED admit card has been released in online mode on January 2, 2026. The CEED admit card 2026 consists of details such as the candidate's name, exam date and time, exam venue and instructions to the candidates.
