CEED Result 2019 - IIT Bombay has announced the result of CEED 2019 on March 4. The candidates have to log in to the CEED 2019 result portal using their registered e-mail ID and password for viewing and downloading the result. CEED 2019 score card can also be downloaded along with the result. No separate hard copy of the CEED result 2019 will be sent to the candidates via any other mode. CEED 2019 was conducted on January 19 for offering admissions to postgraduate design programmes across the participating institutes. It comprises two parts- part A and B. IIT Bombay, the exam conducting body, evaluated part B only when the test-taker had qualified in the part A (screening test). Candidates failed to clear part A were able to view score of this part only. CEED score card 2019 will be valid for a period of one year from the date of result declaration. Part B of CEED 2019 evaluates the drawing, creative, analytical and problem-solving ability of the candidate. Performance in this part only will be used for preparing the merit list. The part A is a screening test only, and is used for shortlisting the candidates. Those, who fail to qualify, were able to check the score obtained in part A only. The validity of score card will be one year from the date of declaration of CEED 2019 result.
How to calculate CEED 2019 result/score card
Part B comprises a total of eight questions, out of which questions 1-5 carry 50 marks each. The answer book will be evaluated manually. All the test-takers will be awarded a normalised score based on a predefined formula.
CEED Cutoff 2019
IIT Bombay will determine the CEED 2019 cutoff for paper A only in order to scrutinise candidates for part B. The minimum percentage of marks that a candidate needs to score in order to qualify part A is given in the table below:
