FDDI Application Form 2025: Documents required
While filling out the FDDI AIST 2025 application form, the candidates are required to upload the necessary documents. Aspirants are advised to keep the following documents ready to avoid any hassle during FDDI registration process 2025.
10th and 12th mark sheet and certificate. If the candidate is appearing in the 12th examination, then they click on the ‘Appeared’ button.
Valid email ID and mobile number (for sending SMS)
Debit or credit card details will be needed at the time of paying the application fee.
Character certificate which should be issued by the principal of the last attended school, college or from the Gazetted Officer.
Medical fitness certificate or undertaking of medical fitness.
Caste certificate or disability certificate (if applicable) by any competent authority of the state or Union territory.
Scanned images of photograph and signature.

How to fill FDDI Exam Application Form 2025?
The online application process for FDDI AIST include registration, submitting detailed information, uploading documents and payment of registration fee. In order to complete the FDDI AIST registration 2025, students have to pay an application fee of Rs 600 (SC/ ST: Rs 300) in online mode.
Step 1 - Registration
In the first step of the application form for FDDI AIST, candidates will have to select the ‘New Candidate’ tab. They must read the whole instruction and enter their details in the prescribed column.

Candidates will get a unique ID and password via email and SMS once candidates have successfully registered. Candidates can now log in as registered candidates using their login ID and password.
Step 3 - Fill in Details in FDDI AIST 2025 application form

Candidates have to choose the course of their choice and make the payment of Rs 600 (Rs 300 for SC/ ST). Late fee: Rs 800 (Rs 400 for SC/ ST)
Candidates will receive a confirmation email and SMS on their registered mobile number after making a payment through a debit or credit card.
Now candidates can proceed further to fill out the application form for FDDI AIST.
Step 7 - Preview and Print the FDDI AIST application form pdf download
In this step of the FDDI AIST application form 2025, candidates can preview and recheck the details they filled in the registration form. They can cross-check whether entered information is correct or not. After reviewing all the details candidates can submit their application form.
Candidates need to click on the ‘Preview Button’ for checking all the details
By clicking on the ‘Print’ button candidates can also take a printout of the FDDI AIST application form pdf. Make sure the paper for printing the FDDI AIST application form pdf download is A4 size and the mode should be portrait.
Step 8 - Final Submission of FDDI AIST application form
For the final submission of the FDDI AIST application form 2025, candidates need to tick a mark on the checkbox that says (I have read and understood the complete instructions related to the registration for FDDI admissions 2025). FDDI AIST Application Form 2025: Who can apply?
The authorities prescribes the eligibility condition that students need to meet to be eligible for admission. FDDI AIST eligibility criteria specifies all the parameters that must be fulfilled by the candidates’ such as academic qualification and age criteria. Design aspirants can check the details below.
Educational Qualification - Candidates who have completed 10+ 2 and those who are appearing for the 12th exam can apply for FDDI AIST 2025.
Age Limit - The candidate's age must not exceed more than 25 years as of July 1, 2025.
FDDI AIST Application Form 2025 - Important Instructions
Candidates who belong to the reserved category, have to upload a self-attested proof of requisite document.
Those candidates who are applying for multiple programmes, all have to pay a one-time fee. According to their preference, they have to enter the programme code on the FDDI AIST registration form.
If the application form filled out is incomplete, it is liable to be rejected without giving any warning to the applicant.
Those who are applying for Bachelor's programmes are also eligible to apply for other UG programmes in the same application form. In this case, candidates use the choice-filling option.
Preference is based on a first come first serve. Due to fewer students opting for any particular centre, students may be asked to appear for the entrance examination on some other date or centre.
FDDI AIST registration form sent by post is not accepted.
While filling out the application form, If candidates face any technical issues then they can call on 0120-4818400 on weekdays between 10 am to 5 pm.
