After completion of the online test, candidates who are shortlisted will proceed to the situational round. This round creates scenarios for the candidate’s ability to think critically, focusing on how well they can handle complex situations thinking beyond conventional ideas. Following the situational round, candidates have to go for portfolio interviews. The evaluation will be based on several key factors, such as observation skills, problem-solving activities, drawing, visualisation, expression, articulation, academic background, intellectual curiosity, out-of-the-box thinking, and any significant accomplishments.
