NIFT ENTRANCE EXAM Application Details

 

  1. Click on official link of NIFT Application form
  2. Candidates need to click on ‘Fresh Candidate to create Log In’ to register for NIFT
  3. Login with registered Id and date of birth to fill in the application form of NIFT
  4. Candidates can now fill up the application form of NIFT as well as upload scanned copy of photograph and signature as per specifications mentioned
  5. The application fee of NIFT can be remitted in online mode via debit card/ credit card or offline mode using demand draft
  6. Candidates can submit the application in online mode if remitting fee via debit card/ credit card. In case, candidates remit application fee using demand draft then, candidates need to send application form along with demand draft at the official address

NIFT ENTRANCE EXAM Eligibility Criteria

For B. Design programme –

 

  • Candidates must have passed 10+2 qualifying examination from any recognised national or state board of education
  • Candidates passed qualifying examination from equivalent board in India or abroad must be recognised under Association of Indian Universities
  • Candidates applying for undergraduate programmes must not be more than 23 years of age as on October 1 of year of admission

  • Candidates belonging to reserved categories including SC/ST as well as physically handicapped candidates are provided age relaxation of up to five years.

 

For Bachelor of Fashion Technology –

  • Candidates passed 10+2 qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects from any recognised national or state board of education
  • Candidates passed qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from equivalent board in India or abroad must be recognised under Association of Indian Universities
  • Candidates applying for undergraduate programmes must not be more than 23 years of age as on October 1 of year of admission

  • Candidates belonging to reserved categories including SC/ST as well as physically handicapped candidates are provided age relaxation of up to five years.
