AIFD WAT Application Form 2020 - Army Institute of Fashion and Design has again extended the deadline to fill the AIFD WAT application till June 15, 2020. It may be recalled that the institute earlier released the notification stating extension of AIFD WAT 2020 application form filling last date from April 25 to May 15. Initially, the end date to fill the application form was March 31. Students can fill the AIFD WAT application form in online mode. The examination cell released the registration form on February 1. Candidates will have to pay Rs. 750 as an application fee. AIFD WAT has been postponed to May 30 from May 9. Before filling the application form, candidates should ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria. According to the eligibility criteria of AIFD WAT 2020, the applicants should have cleared (10+2)/equivalent examination from a recognized board recognized by UGC/University with a minimum of 35% marks (any stream).
The list of documents to be enclosed with the application form of AIFD WAT 2020 can is given below:

Age proof as per standard X/XII or equivalent examination mark sheet/TC
Category certificate to avail the benefits
Certificate 1 (For children of serving Army Personnel having 10
years continuous service in the Army, Retired/ Released/ Discharged after 10
Years of service/ killed in action/ died during service/ disabled in
action/ medically boarded out with pension).
Certificate 2 (For step children of Army Personnel who were born
from wedlock where at least one parent belonged to the Army/ adopted
children of Army Personnel who have been adopted at least 5 Years prior to
commencement of course).
Certificate 3 (For children of Army Medical Corps/AD Corps
Officers serving in Air Force/Navy Medical Establishment/MNS/APS and TA
Procedure to fill the application form of AIFD WAT 2020
Eligible candidates can fill the AIFD WAT application form 2020 through online. Aspirants have to pay the registration fee of Rs 750/- through debit card/credit card/net banking and submit the application form of AIFD WAT on or before June 15. Step 1: Registration
To fill the application form of AIFD WAT, candidates will have to register first by providing the following information.

Step 2 - Fill Personal Details
Candidates have to enter the required credentials in the login window. Students will receive the login id and password on the registered email id and mobile number. Fill the following details in the registration form.

Step 2 - Academic Qualification Details
In the step 2 of the application form, candidates have to fill their academic details.
10+2 Board Name, Year of passing/ appearing in Qualifying exam, Percentage Obtained
Step 3 - Choose Course and Exam Center
Applicants need to choose the course applying for and the examination center. They can choose three exam centres in order of preference.
Applicants have to mention the annual income of the parents if belonging to SC/ST/OBC

Step 5 - Pay and Submit AIFD WAT application form
Once all details in the application form are filled, candidates need to pay the application fee of amount INR 750/- through debit card/credit card/net banking. After the payment of the registration fee, students have to submit the AIFD WAT application form. Candidates must not that the examination authority will not entertain any amendments in the application form after the completion of the payment procedure.
Important instructions with respect to AIFD WAT 2020 application procedure
Applicants must fill the application form of AIFD WAT 2020 with the utmost care. The details filled in the application form must be correct. They must upload the scanned image of their signature on the space provided.
It is to be noted that incorrect information or incomplete filling of application form is liable to be rejected by the Institute. The paid fees will also be forfeited.
Admit card will be issue only on receipt of filled applications.
After filling in the details in the application form, candidates can submit their forms, along with the relevant documents.
Army Institute of Fashion and Design will conduct AIFD WAT 2020 on May 30. The entrance exam is conducted for admission to eligible and qualified candidates to 3-year fashion & apparel design (B.Sc. - FAD). A total of 60 seats is reserved for this course.
The application form is released in online mode, but it has to be sent via post after filling the details.
