Army Institute of Fashion and Design will release the AIFD fee structure 2025 along with the brochure at aifd.edu.in. As per previous year, the total AIFD fees for B.Sc (FAD) & B.Sc (IDD) for first year is Rs. 3,43,745 for aspirants other than army. The AIFD fee structure includes tuition fees, student activity fees, campus development fees, hostel charges, and other miscellaneous fees. The students need to pay an additional exam fee and a security deposit of Rs. 20,000 which will be refunded on the completion of the course. The Army Institute of Fashion and Design provides hostel facilities to the students who come from a different city and are seeking accommodation. The students will be required to pay the hostel fee before the due date to ensure that they get a seat in the hostel. There are separate hostels for boys and girls with cafeteria facilities. Girls hostel also has a well equipped gym and courtyard for recreation. The hostellers are given mattresses and pillows with a charge of AIFD fee Rs. 3500 while they check into the hostel.

The students need to pay the AIFD fee per year.
Along with this the students also need to pay the AIFD University fees per semester for exam every semester through the BNU student portal issued by Bangalore North University.
The security deposit is a one time deposit of Rs 20000 made by the students which will be refunded once they have completed the course.
The Mess fees mentioned above will be charged based on a monthly basis and in case of any balance it will be refunded or collected after the completion of the course.
It must be noted that the registration exam fee charged by the University may be increased at any point of the time during the course duration.
The students who are staying in hostels will have to pay Rs 3500 as a one time payment for checking into the hostel as AIFD fees for hostel which would include mattress and pillow. Along with this all the students are also required to pay a one time uniform payment of Rs 6,500 for the purchase of uniforms during the reporting to the Institution.
During the admission process the candidates will be required to pay Rs 10,000. In case the candidate withdraws the admission he/ she will be refunded the amount as per the rules given below.
The candidates will be given full refund of Rs. 10,000 after a deduction of Rs. 1000 as processing fee only if they withdraw the admissions before the commencement of the classes.
If the candidate chooses to withdraw after the commencement of classes but before the admissions are over and another candidate takes the seat the following will be refunded
(i) Initial Registration Fee - Full Registration fees less Rs 1,000/- processing charges.
(ii) Admission Fee - To be refunded.
(iii) Security Deposit - To be refunded in full.
(iv) Student Association Fee - To be refunded.
(v) Tuition Fee - As per actual, A single day of the month will be treated as a month.
(vi) Hostel charges - As per actual, A single day of the month will be treated as a month.
(vii) Messing Charges - As per actual, A single day of the month will be treated as a month.
(viii) Other Charges - As per actual, A single day of the month will be treated as a month.
In case the candidate withdraws after commencement of the course and if the seat remains vacant only these following particulars will be refunded
(i) Initial Registration Fee - No refund.
(ii) Admission Fee - No refund.
(iii) Security Deposit - To be refunded.
(iv) Student Association Fee - No refund.
(v) Tuition Fee - One year fees to be retained (Adjusted against security deposit).
(vi) Hostel Charges - One year Hostel charges to be retained.
(vii) Messing - As per actual. A single day of the month will be treated as a month.
(viii) Other Charges - As per actual. A single day of the month will be treated as a month.
If the student withdraws after 1st year or in any subsequent years the clearance certificate will be issued and only the following will be given
(i) Registration Fee - No refund.
(ii) Admission Fee - No refund.
(iii) Security Deposit - To be adjusted against tuition fee for balance period of the course.
(iv) Student Association Fee - No refund.
(v) Tuition Fee - To be charged for balance period of the entire course.
(vi) Hostel Charges - Room rent for complete duration of the course to be charged.
(vii) Messing - As per actual. A single day of the month will be treated as a month.
(viii) Other Charges - As per actual. A single day of the month will be treated as a month.
