The Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, has published the seat allotment for the second round of MAH AAC CET counselling 2025 on August 11. Allotted candidates will be required to accept the seat and report to the colleges from August 12-14, 2025. Candidates can also submit their college options from August 6-9, 2025 through their login after publication of the vacant seat matrix. The CET Cell will conduct two rounds of MAH AA CET 2025 counselling, followed by a mop-up round. The MAH AAC CET counselling 2025 is conducted through a process called Centralised Admission Process (CAP).

MAH AAC CET Counselling 2025 - CAP Rounds
The Maharashtra CET cell conducts the MAH AAC CET 2025 counselling session through the Centralised Admission Process known as CAP. The authority is conducting the MAH AAC CET 2025 CAP counselling in two rounds followed by the mop round. The shortlisted candidates from the MAH AAC CET exam are eligible to participate in the CAP.
The candidates need to first register to appear in the CAP counselling. The MAH AAC CET merit list 2025 will be prepared based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance examination. The candidates need to submit the choice filling and locking according to the schedule that will be released. The seat allotment will be done based on the choices filled by the candidates. There will be various participating institutions providing admissions to the candidates based on their scores achieved in the MAH AAC CET 2025. MAH AAC CET Merit List 2025
The first MAH AAC CET merit list 2025 has been published on July 21, 2025, based on the scores obtained by the candidates in the MAH AAC CET entrance exam. The authorities will release the MAH AAC CET provisional merit list at the official website. Candidates can submit any grievances if any, in the provisional merit list in the duration provided. After the closure of the corrections, the MAH AAC CET final merit list will be released online at cetcell.mahacet.org. MAH AAC CET Option Entry 2025
MAH AAC CET option entry will be opened for both rounds. The process of MAH AAC CET option entry 2025 is that the candidates need to fill and submit the online option entry form. The MAH AAC CET 2025 option entry form is used for submitting the preference for the desired course and institute. The MAH AAC CET option entry form 2025 needs to be filled out and submitted before the respective CAP rounds.

Your overall percentile of 81 in MHT CET combined with OBC category gives you fair chance of getting admitted in MMCOE (Marathwada Mitra Mandal College of Engineering), Pune, in less competitive lower-demand branches such as civil, mechanical, or E&TC.
In very in-demand majors such as computer engineering, IT, or AI/DS the cut off can be higher particularly early on. But you may be able to get in the later rounds or institute level seats depending on the availability of seat and cutoff movement.
What You Can Do:
Make sure to take part in all CAP rounds and give high preference to MMCOE when filling out your choices.
Follow last year cutoffs (category-wise) through the MHT CET CAP portal.
In addition, put into consideration the application to college of the same level closer to you in case things fail.
