The MIT Institute of Design offers admission into BDes and MDes programmes. The MITID design programmes are offered in various specialisations. Candidates need to appear for MITID DET 2026 as per the schedule that will be released. The shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interviews and portfolio reviews as part of the MITID DET admission process 2026.
Phase 1: DET (Design Entrance Test): The MIT Design Entrance Test includes objective, subjective, and offline drawing tests. The objective and subjective sections will be conducted in a computer-based mode. For the drawing section, the questions will be displayed on the computer, where the candidates need to answer them on an A4-size drawing sheet. The scanned copy of the answer sheet will be uploaded for evaluation.
