Only those candidates who complete the registration process successfully before the NIFT 2027 application form last date will be allowed to appear for the NIFT entrance exam. NIFT 2027 Eligibility Criteria

Before completing NIFT 2027 registration, candidates must make sure they fulfil the NIFT eligibility criteria. The details about the eligibility criteria for NIFT 2027 are given below -

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent in any stream (mathematics required for BFTech) from a recognised board to be eligible for admission into NIFT UG programmes. The candidate must not be more than 24 years as on August 1 of the year of admission. The upper age limit may be relaxed by a period of 5 (five) years for SC/ST/PwD categories.
• Candidates must have completed their graduation from a recognised university for admission into NIFT PG programmes (B.Tech/B.FTech required for MFTech admission). There is no age limit for admission into NIFT PG programmes.

Step 1 - NIFT Registration 2027

Aspirants must first create a login account to fill out the NIFT 2027 registration form. Visit the official website - exams.nta.nic.in/niftee and click on the new registration link. Provide the basic details given below to obtain login credentials.

Step 2- Filling out the NIFT Application Form 2027

Applicants will have to log in using their registered Email ID and DOB to fill out the NIFT application form. Enter the security code and click on the ‘Submit’ button. After this, applicants will be able to see the personal details furnished by them at the time of NIFT 2027 registration that are already filled in the NIFT exam application form 2027. Photograph in NIFT Application Form 2027

• The photograph must be recent, in colour and taken in a professional studio. Self-composed portrait photography will not be acceptable.
• The photograph must have a white background.
• The candidate's facial features must occupy at least 80% of the photograph area, with a clear view of the whole face, directly looking into the camera. The candidate’s facial features will not be covered by hair of the head, any cloth, or any shadow. The candidate’s forehead, eyes, nose, cheeks, lips, and chin will have to be clearly visible.
• Wearing spectacles and glaring at glasses in the photograph will not be acceptable. Only clear glasses will be permitted, and spectacles with dark or tinted lenses will not be allowed.
• Candidates have to upload the photograph in JPG/ JPEG format, with a maximum size of 50 KB.

Signature in the NIFT application form 2027

• The signature should be taken on white paper with a black coloured pen.
• Scanned images of the signature will have to be uploaded in JPG/JPEG format with a maximum size of 50 KB in the NIFT application form.

NIFT Application Form Correction 2027

NTA will notify the NIFT 207 application correction window to allow candidates to edit their application form. Registered candidates can make the corrections through their login. In case the applicants are found not eligible to appear for the exam after editing the registration, then the NIFT form fees, which were already paid while filling the application, will not be refunded. In case the admission cell finds any fabrication in the details provided, then they will have the authority to cancel the candidature of any applicant at any stage.
