UCEED Exam 2027: Registration (Open), Exam Date, Eligibility, Pattern, Syllabus, Preparation Tips, PYQs
Indian Institute of Technology Bombay will open the UCEED 2027 application form on October 1, 2026, on its official website: uceed.iitb.ac.in. Candidates must complete the registration process and submit their application form by October 31, 2026 to avoid a late fee, or by November 6, 2026, with a late fee. All the registered candidates will be able to download the UCEED 2027 admit card on January 1, 2027. IIT Bombay will conduct the UCEED 2027 exam on January 17, 2027. IIT Bombay conducts the Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design for admission into the B.Des programmes of participating IITs. Shortlisted candidates in the exam will be offered IIT B.Des admission through the UCEED counselling process. UCEED Eligibility Criteria 2027
The Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, notifies the eligibility criteria for UCEED on its official website. Interested applicants must ensure they fulfill the UCEED 2027 eligibility criteria before completing registration. UCEED eligibility criteria include requirements about the educational qualification, age limit, attempts, and more.

Subjects | IIITDM Jabalpur requires students to have physics, chemistry, and biology/mathematics in class 12. IIT Guwahati and IIT Roorkee require students to have physics, chemistry, and mathematics as compulsory subjects in class 12th. However, candidates from all streams can apply for IIT Bombay, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Indore. |

IIT Bombay will release the UCEED application form tentatively in October 2026. Candidates will be able to complete UCEED registration from the official website - uceed.iitb.ac.in

UCEED Admit Card 2027
IIT Bombay will issue the UCEED admit card 2027 tentatively two weeks before the exam. Candidates who have completed UCEED 2027 registration will be able to download the UCEED admit card through their login. The UCEED admit card 2027 is a mandatory document for the exam as it consists of details such as the candidate's name, exam date and time, exam venue, and instructions to the candidates. The candidates will be required to carry a printout of the admit card on the exam day.

UCEED Answer Key 2027
IIT Bombay will release the UCEED 2027 draft answer key on January 19, 2027, on its official website. Candidates will be able to raise objections and comments against the UCEED answer key till January 21, 2027, through the candidates portal. After considering the valid objections, the UCEED 2027 final answer key will be released on January 26, 2027.
UCEED Result 2027
IIT Bombay will declare the UCEED 2027 entrance exam results on March 06, 2027. Candidates will be able to download the UCEED result through their login. Authorities will release the scorecards for downloading from March 10, 2027. Candidates must note that the authorities will evaluate Part B of the question paper for only those candidates who have scored the minimum cut-off marks required for Part A. The UCEED 2027 result will be prepared based on the consolidated score in Part A and Part B of the exam.

UCEED Counselling 2027
IIT Bombay will conduct the UCEED 2027 counselling registrations from March 15 to April 12, 2027, on its official website. Candidates who have been shortlisted in the results will be able to register for UCEED counselling. The UCEED counselling session will be held in five rounds of the seat allotment process. Candidates will be offered seat allotment based on their ranks and college preferences given at the time of counselling.
UCEED 2027 Cut-Off
The UCEED cut-off 2027 will be published on the official website. The UCEED cut-off indicates the rank of the last candidate admitted into a particular course from a particular category. Only those candidates who clear the cut-off will be offered IIT B.Des admission.
