The Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, has announced the MAH BDes CET CAP round 2 seat allotment on August 13, 2026. Allotted candidates must accept the seat, complete fee payment, and report to the respective institutes between August 14-17. The authorities also released the MAH BDes CAP round 2 cutoff along with the seat allotment. The MAH BDes CET institute-level form filling is also open from August 4 to September 5. The CET Cell had earlier published the MAH BDes CET CAP round 1 seat allotment on August 4, 2026. The CET Cell will conduct the MAH BDes CET counselling process in four CAP rounds. Only those candidates who clear the MAH B.Design cut-offs for each round will be eligible for seat allotment to design programmes at participating colleges in Maharashtra.
The MAH CET B.Des result was earlier declared as the MAH BDesign CET 2026 result on June 12, 2026. Earlier, the Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell, Maharashtra, conducted the MAH B.Design CET 2026 on April 5, 2026. The MAH B.Des CET syllabus is divided into three parts: A, B, and C, which evaluate the candidates on visualisation and illustration ability, design thinking and problem solving, and GK MCQs, respectively. The MAH BDes CET 2026 registrations closed on February 27, 2026.

The State Common Entrance Test Cell conducts the BDes exam to provide admissions to the 4-year full-time Bachelor of Design courses in the colleges of Maharashtra. The Maharashtra State CET Cell conducts the MAH BDes entrance exam once a year in offline mode. The MAH BDesign CET exam is a state-level design entrance exam for admission into Bachelor of Design programmes of participating colleges in Maharashtra.

MAH B.Design CET Maharashtra Bachelor of Design Common Entrance Test (session 2026)
Candidates can check the MAH BDes CET CAP round 2 provisional vacant seats on its official website. Authorities opened the choice-filling portal for round 2 seat allotment from August 9 to 11, 2026. As per the opted choices, authorities have released the MAH BDes CET CAP round 2 allotment on August 13, 2026. Allotted candidates are required to accept their seats and report to their respective institutes from August 14 to 17, 2026. Earlier, the MAH BDes CET CAP round 1 allotment was released on August 4.
The MAH BDes CET 2026 counselling will be conducted in four CAP rounds. The seat allotment will be done based on the candidate's rank and college preferences. The allotted candidates have to pay the admission fee and report to the colleges within the prescribed deadline.

The MAH BDes CET applications for 2026 has been closed. The application correction window for all the registered candidates has been closed on their cetcell.mahacet.org, The registration closed on February 27, 2026.
The candidates applying for the MAH BDes 2026 have to pay the application fee in online mode only through the online payment gateway. Candidates to note that this application fee is non-refundable and also non-transferable.

The CET Cell Maharashtra has notified the MAH B.Des CET 2026 syllabus and exam pattern in its information brochure. It will conduct the MAH B.Design CET in offline mode at various exam centres. The MAH BDes CET exam pattern gives the candidates a clear idea about the question pattern, exam timings, marking scheme, and maximum marks, etc.

The candidates seeking admission to BDesign courses must appear for all papers of MAH BDesign CET 2026. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
Candidates will be provided with OMR answer sheets with the question paper for the objective section. At the end of the paper, the candidate will hand over the OMR Answer sheet to the invigilator.

The CET Cell Maharashtra has issued the MAH B.Des CET 2026 admit card on March 31, 2026 on their official website. Candidates will be able to download the MAH B.Design CET admit card 2026 through their login. Candidates must download and take a printout of the MAH BDes CET admit card 2026. A copy of the admit card is required to be carried to the exam centre on the exam day.

The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, has released the MAH BDes CET Answer Key 2026 in online mode on the official website - mahacet.cetcell.org. Any objections to the results can be submitted from June 12 – 14, 2026. Authorities will release the final results on the objection about marks raised by the candidates on June 18, 2026. To download the MAH BDesign CET 2026 answer key PDF, the candidates have to use their login credentials.
The CET Cell Maharashtra has declared the MAH B.Des CET 2026 result on June 12, 2026. Candidates can download the MAH B.Des CET result 2026 through their login. The images of answer sheet (for practical papers) have been uploaded. Candidates can submit their grievances for MAH BDes CET result from June 12 to 14. The redressal of grievances will be released on June 18.
