MAH B.Des CET 2027: Exam Date, Application Form, Eligibility, Syllabus & Admission

CET Cell, Maharashtra, will open the MAH BDes CET application form on its official website: cetcell.mahacet.org. Interested candidates should complete the registration process and fill out the application form before the prescribed deadline. After filling out the application form, candidates must submit all the required documents and pay the application fee as per the category. Steps to fill out the MAH BDes 2027 application form

• Visit the official website - mahacet.cetcell.org.
• Click on the link “New Registration”.
• Fill in basic details such as name, email ID, and mobile number to complete the registration.
• The candidates will be issued a user ID and password as login credentials.
• Log in using the allotted credentials.
• Fill in the required fields in the MAH BDes application form 2026.
• Upload the scanned photograph and the required documents.
• Pay the MAH BDes application fee online as per the category.

Application Fee for MAH BDes

The candidates applying for the MAH BDes 2026 have to pay the application fee in online mode only through the online payment gateway. Candidates to note that this application fee is non-refundable and also non-transferable.

The CET Cell prescribes the MAH B.Des CET 2027 eligibility criteria in the information brochure. Interested applicants must meet the MAH B.Des CET eligibility criteria before proceeding with registration. The MAH BDes eligibility criteria are given below:

• Candidates must have passed the 10+2 exam or its equivalent examination with a minimum aggregate mark of 45% (40% for the reserved categories, EWS, and PWD candidates).
• Students appearing for their Class 12 exams are also eligible to apply, provided they qualify the exam with the prescribed minimum marks by the time of admission
• The candidate's nationality must be Indian.
• There is no age limit prescribed for the aspirants to appear for the MAH BDes CET

The CET Cell Maharashtra will notify the MAH B.Des CET 2027 syllabus and exam pattern in its information brochure. It will conduct the MAH B.Design CET in offline mode at various exam centres. The MAH BDes CET exam pattern gives the candidates a clear idea about the question pattern, exam timings, marking scheme, and maximum marks, etc.

The MAH BDes CET question paper comprises three parts: Part A, B, and C. The candidates are required to check the details below in the table.

The candidates seeking admission to BDesign courses must appear for all papers of MAH BDesign CET. There is no negative marking for wrong answers. Candidates will be provided with OMR answer sheets with the question paper for the objective section. At the end of the paper, the candidate will hand over the OMR Answer sheet to the invigilator.

The MAH B.Des CET is one of the top state-level design entrance exams in India. Candidates can make use of the following tips to prepare for MAH B.Des CET:

How to Download the MAH BDes CET admit card 2027?

Candidates can download the admit card of MAH B.Des CET 2027 by following the steps given below:

• Visit the official site: cetcell.mahacet.org.
• Click on the link: MAH BDes CET admit card.
• Log in using the login credentials (registration number/roll number, DOB).
• The MAH BDes admit card will be displayed on the screen.
• Download and take a printout of the MAH BDes CET admit card for future use.

The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, will release the MAH BDes CET 2027 Answer Key in online mode on the official website - mahacet.cetcell.org. Based on the answer key, candidates can submit their objections to the results through the candidates portal. Authorities will release the final results on the objections about marks raised by the candidates. The CET Cell Maharashtra will declare the MAH B.Des CET 2027 result on its official website. Candidates can download the MAH B.Des CET result through their login. The MAH BDes CET 2027 result will be released in the form of answer sheets. For any sort of corrections, candidates will be able to submit their grievances through the candidate login portal. 

Based on the grievances submitted by the candidates, authorities will release the MAH BDes CET 2027 final result on its official website. The MAH BDes CET 2027 scorecard contains the all-India rank (AIR) and the subject-wise marks obtained by the candidates. Candidates who have a valid score in the exam will be able to register for the counselling process.

The CET Cell Maharashtra will release the MAH BDes CET cutoff in multiple CAP rounds. The MAH BDes cutoff is released for each round of counselling. Only those candidates who clear the MAH BDes cutoff will be able to secure admission.

• Under the CAP tab, click on 2027-28
• Next, click on B.Design
• On the next page, click on the MAH B.Design CET cutoff for the desired round
• The MAH B.Des CET cutoff PDF will be displayed on the screen
• Download and save the cutoff for future reference

All the shortlisted candidates in the MAH BDes CET 2027 result will be eligible to participate in the counselling process. The MAH BDes CET 2027 counselling process will be held in multiple rounds. Eligible candidates should complete the counselling registration process and submit the required documents. Along with the document submission, candidates should complete the option filling based on their campus preference. Authorities will release MAH BDes CET 2027 seat allotment to the eligible candidates based on their rank and preferences submitted.
