Symbiosis BDes Admission 2025 - Selection Process
Symbiosis BDes admission process 2025 will be done on the basis of the marks obtained in the SEED entrance exam, which will be held on January 12, 2025. The students are advised to prepare for the Symbiosis BDes entrance exam 2025 by referring the syllabus and exam pattern. No candidate is entitled to seek admission to SID without a valid SEED score. Symbiosis BDes Admission Criteria 2025
The students who want to take the Symbiosis design admission 2025 must know about the eligibility criteria that they need to fulfill before taking admissions. SEED eligibility criteria will be released along with the official brochure. To take admission in the Symbiosis Institute of Design the students must fulfill the Symbiosis B.Des admission eligibility:
The students must have passed 10 + 2 level of education for any recognized board. The students can also have a 10 + 3 diploma approved by the State Board of Technical Education.
In case the student is appearing for the final exams of the minimum educational qualification he or she must be declared passed before June of the admission year.
Must have a minimum aggregate of 50% marks from the minimum educational qualification.
Candidates having a Portfolio which is relevant will be preferred.
Must have a creative aptitude required for design education.

Candidates need to fill up the Symbiosis institute of Design application form 2025 through the official website sid.edu.in by clicking on the new registration tab.
Enter the required details and press the same and continue button after choosing a secure password. The SEED ID will be generated, and the students will receive an email notification regarding the same.
Next, fill up the academic, personal and contact details.
Aspirants also have to upload documents such as the recent passport size photograph and signature and select their preferred exam centers from a drop-down menu.
The students will need to pay the SEED application fee of Rs. 3250 which is nonrefundable. Without this the Symbiosis institute of Design application form 2024 is incomplete.
Symbiosis Entrance Exam Pattern 2025
The students who want to take Symbiosis B.Des admission must appear for the SEED entrance exam 2025. This Symbiosis entrance exam 2025 is called the Symbiosis Entrance Exam for Design or SEED. According to the SEED exam pattern, the Symbiosis entrance exam is conducted as a computer based test. The duration of the exam is 60 minutes in which the students need to answer 60 questions which could be MCQs, match the columns, fill in the blanks, image based, and comprehension based.
As per Symbiosis BDes exam syllabus, following areas are the once the students need to focus on for the Symbiosis institute of design entrance exam - Visual Sensitivity and Judgement, Observational, Perceptual and Reasoning abilities, Problem Solving, Basic knowledge of Logic of Science and Mathematics, Art, Craft and Culture, Design and Environment.

The students appearing the SEED exam must download the Symbiosis SEED admit card 2025 which will be available on the official website. The Symbiosis exam admit cards will be available online for printing. The students must carry the admit card which would mention the date and time of exam.

Symbiosis B.Des Admission 2024: SEED Results
The Symbiosis design admission process require the students to have qualified the SEED entrance. The results of the online Symbiosis entrance exam for design will be made available on the official website. SEED result 2025 date is January 17 as per the official website - sid.edu.
Symbiosis Design Admission Process: Portfolio and Personal Interview Round
The students who want to take Symbiosis design admission must qualify the entrance exam. Qualifying the entrance exam will require the students to appear for the PRPI round. The PRPI round includes the portfolio review and personal interaction. The students will be required to upload their portfolio on the portal a day prior to the PRPI round. The students will be required to perform it task which will be shared 3 days prior to the date chosen for PRPI. The students are required to upload this task on the portal a day prior to their date of PRPI. On the day of portfolio review and personal interaction the students need to appear online.
