The State Common Entrance Test Cell of Maharashtra will release the MAH B.Des 2026 syllabus on its official website - cetcell.mahacet.org. The syllabus of MAH B.Des 2026 includes three parts. The MAH BDes syllabus, part A assesses the visualisation and illustration ability, part B includes topics on design thinking and problem-solving, and part C includes questions from general knowledge. Candidates desirous of appearing for the MAH B.Des CET entrance exam must go through the syllabus to formulate a preparation strategy.

The syllabus of MAH CET for the Design programme is divided into three parts. The table below provides a section-wise overview of the MAH B.Des CET 2026 syllabus. The exam is conducted for 2 hours 45 minutes. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.

The Part A exam of MAH B.Design is a 45-minute online test with 1 question.
The MAH BDes CET Syllabus tests candidates on their design aptitude, visual communication ability, general knowledge, and logical and analytical reasoning.

The MAH BDes CET question paper will be divided into two parts - Part A, Part B, and part C with a total of 200 marks. There will be 60 multiple-choice questions and 1 question each on sketching and visualisation & illustration ability.
