Yes, you are eligible to apply for MHT CET for B.Tech after completing 12th with PCB and adding Mathematics through NIOS. Here's how:
Eligibility Criteria:
a) MHT CET requires candidates to have passed 12th (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
b) Your NIOS Mathematics marksheet can be used to fulfill the Math requirement.

Yes, while applying for MHT CET, you must keep in mind that the name in your aadhar and in class 10th marksheet must be same as it can create problem later on. So if you name matches in both the documents then you must try to correct it immediately.
