Hello,

For MHT-CET counseling purposes, the migrants from Kashmir should submit the domicile certificate along with some documents such as that which is issued to them by some competent authority as a Kashmiri Migrant. Standard Documents: Include 10th and 12th mark sheets, ID proof, and category certificates if any.

For CAP counseling, you can apply either on the basis of MHT CET score or through JEE Main score, but not in both at a time. Candidates have to opt for only one scorecard during counseling also. The choice should be made carefully because merit ranking and seat allocation will depend only on the selected scorecard.

The CAP process includes

  • Registration and submitting documents
  • Choice filling as per your preference.
  • Seat allotment in round one, round two, and so on.
  • Reporting to the allotted institute for seat confirmation.

Procedures may differ so check latest directives only.

Hello aspirant,

Thank you

Although it is not mandatory to upload your JEE results in the MH CET counselling But You should not only aim for seats through MH CET scores.

However, it is highly recommended to upload your JEE results as it makes you

Eligible for MH CET counselling which allocates 15% of seats based on JEE scores for All India Quota increasing your chances of getting a better college.opens doors to a wider range of colleges because some colleges prioritise jee scores than MHTCET scores so while not mandatory, uploading your JEE results is beneficial for securing a better seat through MH CET counselling.

Hello,

If you were born in Jammu & Kashmir but completed your education in another state and are appearing for MHT CET in Maharashtra, you may be eligible for the Jammu & Kashmir Migrant Quota.

This quota is provided to students displaced from J&K due to certain circumstances.

To apply, you typically need to fill an online form under the J&K Migrant category during the MHT CET application process.

Ensure you upload the required documents, such as domicile certificates or migration proof.

Keep an eye on official notifications regarding specific quotas and follow the MHT CET guidelines closely for more details.

Hope it helps !

It could be difficult to get into prestigious B.Pharm colleges in Pune through the CAP rounds if you scored in the 48 percentile on the MHT CET and are in the open category because their cutoffs are typically higher. However, there are still choices in mid-range colleges where you could potentially acquire admission.

Here are several colleges where you may have a chance based on your percentile:

Given your score, Progressive Education Society's Modern College of Pharmacy, Nigdi, Pune, may be a decent choice for you. It has good faculty and infrastructure.
Sinhgad College of Pharmacy, Vadgaon, Pune - This college can be accessible to you and has a respectable placement history as well.

Pune's Hadapsar is home to Jayawantrao Sawant College of Pharmacy & Research. This college's cutoff patterns suggest that it would be a good choice.

As the CAP rounds and deadlines are prone to change, be sure to keep an eye on them and apply to several universities so you have a fallback option.
