The Maharashtra CET Cell released the MAH AAC CET 2025 counselling schedule online for two rounds at fineart2025.mahacet.org. The MAH AAC CET 2025 provisional seat allotment for CAP round-1 has been published on July 30. Candidates must confirm their MAH AAC CET seat allotment acceptance in between July 31 to August 4, 2025. Candidates have to report to the institute and submit the required documents after CAP round-1 from July 31 to August 4, 2025. The dates for online submission and confirmation of option form for CAP round-1 were July 26 to 28, 2025.
MAH AAC CET 2025 provisional merit list on July 21 online. The MAH AAC CET provisional merit list is released at fineart2025.mahacet.org. Candidates can submit their grievances, if any, from July 22 to 23 online. The authorities released the MAH AAC CET final merit list on July 25, 2025 after considering the grievances. The CET Cell Maharashtra announced the MAH AAC CET 2025 counselling schedule online. Candidates could register for MAH AAC CET 2025 counselling from July 7 to July 17, 2025.
Candidates will be able to obtain MAH AAC CET seat allotment 2025 into the fine arts programme of participating colleges. Earlier, the MAH AAC CET 2025 result was declared on May 28. Candidates can download their MAH AAC CET exam 2025 scorecard in online at cetcell.mahacet.org. The MAH AAC CET 2025 was held on April 5.
What is MAH AAC CET exam?
The Maharashtra AAC CET exam will be divided into two types: practical and general knowledge examination papers. The practical examination is further divided into object drawing, design, and memory drawing practical examinations. The MAH AAC CET exam duration varies depending upon the subject opted for by the candidates.

The MAH AAC CET 2025 result has been declared on May 28. Candidates can download their MAH AAC CET 2025 scorecard in online mode at cetcell.mahhacet.org. Those candidates who appear in the MAH AAC CET exam can check their results by entering their credentials on the portal. The scorecard of MAH AAC CET 2025 is shared in the form of a merit list, which makes it easy to access.
The MAH AAC CET 2025 result has been announced in online mode only. Candidates can raise objections regarding the marks obtained in the scorecard from May 29 to 31, 2025. The resolution of grievances regarding marks will be announced on June 3, 2025. The qualified candidates have to proceed with the counselling process for admission.
Educational Qualification - Candidate should have completed 10+2 examination in any discipline from a recognized university. Further, candidates must also have pursued English as one of the language subjects.
Minimum required marks - Candidates belonging to the general category of Maharashtra and all categories from other states are required to have passed their qualifying exam with a minimum of 45%, while the SC/ST candidates of Maharashtra must have completed their graduation with a minimum of 40% aggregate marks.
Age Limit - There is no age limit to appear in the MAH AAC CET examination.

The State Common Entrance Test Cell of Maharashtra issued the MAH AAC CET 2025 admit card in online mode. Candidates had to download the same from the official website by entering the requisite details. It may be noted that the candidates who successfully fill the application form will be able to access their MAH AAC CET admit card 2025.

State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra is conducting the counselling of MAH AAC CET 2025 in online mode. During the counselling, the candidates will be allotted seats through a Centralized Allotment Process (CAP). The provisional seat allotment for MAH AAC CET for CAP round-1 has been published on July 30, 2025. Candidates must confirm their seat acceptance as per the CAP round-1 allotment in between July 31 to August 4, 2025.
The counselling process will consist of the following steps:
Registration: Firstly, the candidates will have to register through the official website. Personal, contact and category details have to be provided and a security question has to be selected and answered. Candidates will also have to create a password.
Qualifying Details: Next, the candidates will have to provide their 10th and 12th standard subject-wise and total scores. Details about MAH AAC CET exam also has to be entered.
Uploading of Scanned Images: Photograph and signature as per the specifications mentioned by the authorities have to be uploaded.
Payment of Counselling Fee: The candidates who did not register for MAH AAC CET will have to pay the counselling fee in online mode.
Print out of Counselling Form: Candidates will have to print out the counselling form verification purpose.
Documents E-verification: The original documents have to be submitted for E-verification by the candidates in online mode for Application Form confirmation. (Online Scrutiny of Documents through CAP Agency).
Merit List: The names of the shortlisted candidates will be present in the merit list. Candidates can submit grievances in case of any issue. The final merit list will be published by the authorities after the grievance submission window is closed.
Candidates will be allotted seats according to their merit, preferences, category and availability of seats. The selected candidates will have to download their allotment letter and report to their nearest admission reporting centres to practise any of these options - freeze, float or slide. Finally, the candidates will have to report to their allotted institute to confirm their admission.

At the score of 50% in MHT CET exam, there are very limited options for engineering colleges especially government colleges. You should look for colleges or universities that allow direct admissions like BVIMR Pune or DY Patil.
Keep in mind BVIMR also conducts their own CET exam so you might need to consider management quota.
