MAH AAC CET Exam 2025: Mop-up Round Registration (Open), Vacant Seats Out, Admission Process

State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra is conducting the counselling of MAH AAC CET 2025 in online mode. During the counselling, the candidates will be allotted seats through a Centralized Allotment Process (CAP).  Currently, the mop-up round of MAH AAC CET counselling is underway. The mop-up round will be conducted on August 25, 2025 based on the application submitted by them. Allotted candidates are required to report to the colleges from August 26-29, 2025.

The counselling process will consist of the following steps:

• Registration: Firstly, the candidates will have to register through the official website. Personal, contact and category details have to be provided and a security question has to be selected and answered. Candidates will also have to create a password.

• Qualifying Details: Next, the candidates will have to provide their 10th and 12th standard subject-wise and total scores. Details about MAH AAC CET exam also has to be entered.

• Uploading of Scanned Images: Photograph and signature as per the specifications mentioned by the authorities have to be uploaded.

• Payment of Counselling Fee: The candidates who did not register for MAH AAC CET will have to pay the counselling fee in online mode.   

• Print out of Counselling Form: Candidates will have to print out the counselling form verification purpose.

• Documents E-verification: The original documents have to be submitted for E-verification by the candidates in online mode for Application Form confirmation. (Online Scrutiny of Documents through CAP Agency).

• Merit List: The names of the shortlisted candidates will be present in the merit list. Candidates can submit grievances in case of any issue. The final merit list will be published by the authorities after the grievance submission window is closed.

Candidates will be allotted seats according to their merit, preferences, category and availability of seats. The selected candidates will have to download their allotment letter and report to their nearest admission reporting centres to practise any of these options - freeze, float or slide. Finally, the candidates will have to report to their allotted institute to confirm their admission.

Educational Qualification - Candidate should have completed 10+2 examination in any discipline from a recognized university. Further, candidates must also have pursued English as one of the language subjects.

Minimum required marks - Candidates belonging to the general category of Maharashtra and all categories from other states are required to have passed their qualifying exam with a minimum of 45%, while the SC/ST candidates of Maharashtra must have completed their graduation with a minimum of 40% aggregate marks.

Age Limit - There is no age limit to appear in the MAH AAC CET examination.

Candidates could access the MAH AAC CET application form 2025 at cetcell.mahacet.org till February 27. The form filling process for MAH AAC CET 2025 included the following:

• Registration

• Detailed filling of application form

• Uploading documents as per specified format

• Payment of registration fee

The application fee of MAH AAC CET 2025 could be paid in online mode for which the service charges, as per rules, shall be applicable in addition to the fee. The amount to be charged as the MAH AAC CET application fee was non-refundable in nature.

The exam pattern of MAH AAC CET 2025 is prescribed by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra. It is essential for candidates to go through the exam pattern as it will help them to prepare well. The MAH AAC CET exam is conducted in online mode and consists of objective questions based on food production, food and beverage operation, English, rooms division and questions related to the hospitality industry.

The State Common Entrance Test Cell of Maharashtra issued the MAH AAC CET 2025 admit card in online mode. Candidates had to download the same from the official website by entering the requisite details. It may be noted that the candidates who successfully fill the application form will be able to access their MAH AAC CET admit card 2025. 

Steps to download MAH AAC CET admit card 2025 

• Visit cetcell.mahacet.org 

• Click on the link to download MAH AAC CET hall ticket

• Enter application number and password 

• Upon successful login, the admit card of MAH AAC CET will be displayed on the screen

• Download and take a printout of the same. 

The MAH AAC CET 2025 result has been declared on May 28. Candidates can download their MAH AAC CET 2025 scorecard in online mode at cetcell.mahhacet.org. Those candidates who appear in the MAH AAC CET exam can check their results by entering their credentials on the portal. The scorecard of MAH AAC CET 2025 is shared in the form of a merit list, which makes it easy to access.  

The MAH AAC CET 2025 result has been announced in online mode only. Candidates can raise objections regarding the marks obtained in the scorecard from May 29 to 31, 2025. The resolution of grievances regarding marks will be announced on June 3, 2025. The qualified candidates have to proceed with the counselling process for admission.
