The questions of JNAFAU FADEE 2025 BFA ( Applied Art, Painting, Sculpture & Animation) consist of 3 papers - Paper A, Paper B, Paper C. Candidates can below check JNAFAU syllabus and exam pattern for Applied Art, Painting, Sculpture & Animation course.
Drawing from memory, day to day life, consisting of human form, engaged in any activity,
surrounded by nature, animals, birds and manmade or natural environment.
Examples:
Potter at the wheel under a tree with an animal near by
Vegetable or fruit market
Railway station
Bus stop
Roadside vendors etc.
Skills to be tested:
Memory drawing and colouring skills
Handling of Colour pencils as medium
Choice of colour scheme
Application methods
Compositional sense and perspective of landscape.
Size: 10”X16” space will be provided for drawing on cartridge paper.
Note:
1. No choice will be given.
2. Only Colour pencils are allowed. Water colours and others are not allowed.
Candidates will have to complete paper B of JNAFAU 2025 in 50 minutes. Total questions in JNAFAU FADEE 2025 paper B will be 50.

Objects will be placed in front of the candidates and they will be required to draw and render it/them in pencils by observation, without the use of a ruler or any mechanical devices.
Skills to be tested:
Drawing skills
Compositional sense
Understanding of the form, volume, and surface textures of the object
Ability to create a three dimensional effect on a two dimensional surface, through light and shade with lead pencils of various grades eg. HB, 2B, 4B, 6B etc.
Size: 10”X15” space will be provided for drawing on cartridge paper.

The paper consists of three parts:
Drawing and compositional skills
Rendering in lead pencils to give the effect of light and shade.
Completing a given diagram by adding and drawing appropriate objects
BFA (Photography) paper for JNAFAU admission 2025 will consist of objective type questions. Aspirants will have to complete the JNAFAU question paper 2025 for BFA Photography in 50 minutes.

For candidates applying for BDes in interior design, JNAFAU Paper F is conducted. The entrance exam is held for the duration of 180 minutes. Moreover, total JNAFAU FADEE marks are 200.
