JNAFAU Counselling 2026: Mandatory Documents

The JNAFAU counselling process requires students to complete the document verification process. For JNAFAU counselling 2026 candidates must produce original certificates and submit two sets of photocopies of the original certificates. The list of certificates required during the JNAFAU counselling certificate verification are listed below.

• Rank card of JNAFAU exam

• Class 10th certificate as proof of date of birth

• Class 12th marks or 3-year diploma certificate

• Class 6th to 12th study certificate or 3-year diploma in case the candidate with institutionalised education

• Transfer certificate of 12th class or 3-year diploma’

• Migration certificate of 12th class or three diplomas.

• Valid Caste certificate

• Latest income certificate issued by the competent authority.

• Income certificate of the parents issued by MRO or competent authority in case of minorities who claim fee exemption based on their parental income.

• Aadhar card

• EWS certificate if applicable

• Resident certificate of the candidate preceding 7 years of the qualifying examination in case the student has no institutionalised education.

• The non-local candidates need to provide residence certificates and employer certificates. A Domicile Certificate / Nativity Certificate from the State Government is also necessary.

• The students who have completed an intermediate or diploma in Engineering in other state boards or beyond India should provide an equivalency certificate issued by the Board of Intermediate Education in Telangana.

JNAFAU Counselling 2026: Exercising Web Options

On the day of certificate verification, the web options shall be exercised after the certificate verification. A list of options exercised by the candidate will be provided for reference. By logging in to the website jnafau.ac.in the candidates can also finalise and review their options before the deadline.

JNAFAU Counselling Verification Report

After the certificate verification, the students will be issued a professional certification report from the counter. The details printed on the Provisional verification report must be checked by the candidates and in case of any discrepancies, they must inform the Chief Verification Officer or Director Admissions immediately for corrections.

The students must take note that merely attending the counselling does not guarantee a seat. The candidates are required to be present on the notified dates along with their element documents and fee. The candidate should also have proper documents without any discrepancies in order to avoid troubles later.

JNAFAU Counselling Fees: Registration cum Processing Fee

All the candidates must note that the payment of the JNAFAU counselling fees is mandatory for all students. For JNAFAU, counselling the registration fee is Rs. 1800 except for SC/ST candidates who have to pay Rs. 900.

JNAFAU Seat Allotment 2026

The candidates need to download the 'Provisional seat allotment letter' and 'Fee challan' from the official website - jnafau.ac.in. They further need to pay the specified fee at SBI Shanti Nagar branch for JNAFAU counselling. The fee needs to be paid to the registrar admissions account number- 62079831976 which will be available on the challans. Once the payment process is done, the students have to report to the Principal of the allotted college respectively (College of Fine Arts for BFA programs and School of Planning and Architecture for B. Design). They must carry the seat allotment order/letter along with the fee payment receipt and submit the original certificate only at the college as per the dates provided in the letter. Final seat allotment for admission is done after the verification of all original certificates at reported college and fee payment receipt.
