    About ADEPT 2026

    Anant National University, Ahmedabad, has opened the ADEPT 2026 application form online. Interested candidates can complete the ADEPT 2026 registration till January 1, 2026, from the official website - anu.edu.in. The university will conduct the Anant Design Entrance and Proficiency Test in online mode on January 4, 2026. The university offers B.Des through ADEPT 2026. Interested applicants have to compulsorily appear for ADEPT 2026. However, candidates with upto 2500 rank in UCEED will be eligible for merit-based scholarships. The student intake for B.Des is around 600 seats. So, it is better for candidates to have a good score in UCEED along with ADEPT when seeking admission into Anant National University.

    The admission process of ADEPT 2026 includes appearing for the ADEPT. Shortlisted candidates will be required to participate in a situation round, which is then followed by a portfolio evaluation and personal interaction round.

    ADEPT Anant Design Entrance and Proficiency Test (session 2026)

    The ADEPT application form for 2026 is available online. Candidates can register from the official website - anu.edu.in till January 1, 2026. The steps to complete the registration are given below. The university will tentatively open the ADEPT 2026 registrations in two phases.

    ADEPT Situation Round

    After the entrance exam, shortlisted candidates have to appear for a situation round which will test candidates on how well they come up with a solution in a given problem scenario.

    Given below are a few quick preparation tips that candidates can follow to ace the exam.

    • Prepare a study timetable allocating enough time for each section

    • Practice with sample papers of ADEPT to familiarise oneself with the exam pattern and also assess one’s level of preparation.

    • Work on improving problem-solving abilities by engaging in puzzles and problem situations, as it will help inthe  creativity and logical reasoning sections, and also in the situational round after the entrance exam

    The university will declare the ADEPT 2026 result tentatively in February 2026 for the first round of admissions. Candidates will be able to check the result through their login.

    Selected candidates have to appear for the ADEPT counselling to secure seat allotment. The university will issue provisional offer letters to selected candidates who will then be required to accept the seat and complete admission formalities such as document verification and fee payment.

    The ADEPT selection process consists of three rounds. Candidates have to appear for all the rounds to secure a seat allotment. The three rounds are given below -

    • ADEPT entrance exam: Appearing for the ADEPT is mandatory for any candidate aspiring for admission into the B.Des programme of the university.
    • Situational round: The situational round will test the candidate’s ability to come up with a solution under different scenarios
    • Portfolio and Personal Interaction round- Finally, candidates have to appear for a portfolio evaluation and interview round which evaluates candidate’s observation and drawing abilities, imagination, and creativity and articulation skills.
