If the candidate appeared for the UCEED 2025 entrance exam can now download their results. Candidates must familiarize themselves with the UCEED tie-break policy 2025 which is released by IIT Bombay. The tie decide the rank of the candidate when they obtain the same marks. The institute has set the UCEED 2025 tie-breaker policy.
The following is the tie-breaking policy which is applicable when two or more candidates score the same marks:
Highest score will be given to the candidate who has scored higher marks in part - B.
If this doesn’t break the tie, the higher marks will be given to the aspirant who has scored highest marks in section 2 of part - A.
Again if this doesn’t break the tie, the higher marks will be awarded to the candidate who has scored the highest marks in section 1 of part - A.
If it still doesn’t break the tie, then the candidates will be assigned with the same rank.
Only the shortlisted candidates will get a rank. The rank list is prepared based on the total marks obtained by the candidates in part - A and part - B combined in the UCEED 2025 entrance exam. If the total marks scored by two or more candidates are the same, then the UCEED 2025 tie resolution process will be applied for awarding the ranks.

For Part A, practice reasoning, numerical aptitude, and environmental & social awareness questions. For Part B, focus on drawing, sketching, and presenting your ideas clearly. Solve past year UCEED papers and join online mock test series. Spend at least 2–3 hours daily practising creative problem-solving and sketching.
