CUET BDes 2027: Exam Date, Eligibility, Syllabus, Colleges & Admission

Candidates must make sure they fulfil the CUET B.Des 2027 eligibility criteria prescribed by NTA. Additionally, they must also fulfil th eligibility criteria of the respective college in which they wish to seek admission. The eligibility criteria of CUET B.Des include requirements about their academic qualifications, age limit, marks, etc. The detailed information for CUET BDes eligibility is as follows.

• The candidates must have passed the class 12 /equivalent examination from a recognised board.
• The candidates who are appearing for the Class 12 exams in 2027 are also eligible to apply.
• There is no particular age limit for the candidates.
• The candidate has to check their age eligibility as per the University/Institute norms, to which they are going to take admission.
• Candidates must appear for those subjects in CUET UG that are accepted by the university

NTA will open the CUET B.Des 2027 application form tentatively in January 2027. Candidates can submit the CUET BDes application form online before the last date. After the registration is closed, the authorities will open the CUET BDes application form correction window. Registered candidates will be able to make the corrections through their login.

How to Submit CUET BDes Application Form 2027?

• Click on the "New User Register here" tab.
• Read the declaration form and click on "Proceed".
• Enter all the required details like the candidate’s name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender, nationality, mobile number, email address, and category, etc in the registration form and click on "Submit".
• Upon successful registration, candidates will be sent their username and password to their registered email address.
• Login credentials will be the application number and password.
• Log in to your CUET UG candidate login.
• Enter all the required personal and academic details.
• Select the exam centre as per your preference
• Click on Save.
• Upload the scanned copies of your photograph and signature as per the specified format.
• Pay the application fee online and upload the details of payment.
• Submit your application.

The CUET BDes syllabus 2027 may vary. Candidates must appear for the subjects in the CUET exam which are accepted by the college to which they wish to apply. CUET B.Des Exam Pattern

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the CUET UG BDes admit card tentatively a week before the exam on its official website. All the registered candidates can download their CUET BDes admit card through their login link. Candidates have to use their registered mail ID and password to download their admit card. Before releasing the admit card, NTA authorities will release the CUET UG city intimation slip which informs the candidates of the city in which their exam centre is located. The admit card of CUET B.Des is a mandatory document, and candidates will be required to carry a printout on the exam day.

The CUET BDes admit card consists of important details such as the candidate’s name, name of the exam centre, complete address of the centre, exam day instructions, exam date, timings, photograph and signature. The steps to download the CUET BDes admit card have been mentioned below:

• Log on to the official website of the exam.
• Click on the CUET BDes admit card link on the homepage.
• On the login screen, enter your login credentials.
• Upon successful login, the CUET UG admit card will appear on the screen.
• Check all the details thoroughly.
• Download and take a print of the admit card for future use.

Documents Required at CUET BDes Exam 2027

Candidates have to carry the following documents to the exam centre on the day of the CUET BDes Exam .

• Printed copy of CUET BDes admit card , along with Self Declaration downloaded from the NTA Website, duly filled in.
• One passport-size photograph (same as uploaded on the Online Application Form)
• Any one of the Original ID proofs in original (voter ID / PAN card / driving license / e-aadhar card with photograph/passport/school identity card / Ration Card with photograph / Class 12 Board Admit Card with photograph / Bank Passbook with photograph)
• Carry a category certificate if mentioned in the advertisement for reserved category candidates and a PwD certificate for persons with disabilities.

The CUET BDes 2027 answer key will be released tentatively in June 2027. Candidates can download the answer key through their login. After releasing the provisional answer key, the authorities will open the window to submit objections. Candidates can submit the objections through their login, and also have to pay Rs. 200 per objection. After considering the valid objections, the final answer key of CUET B.Des will be released. 

The CUET BDes 2027 results will be declared tentatively in June 2027 on NTA website. Candidates will be able to download the results of CUET B.Des through their login on the official website.  The CUET BDes results are accepted by various participating institutions offering B.Des admission through CUET.
