AMU Fashion Designing Admission Through CUET

Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) offers admission to a wide range of programmes, including B.Voc- Fashion Design & Garment Technology. AMU fashion design course admission is done based on the candidate’s performance in CUET UG. The NTA authorities released the City Intimation Slip for CUET UG 2025 on May 7 at cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates can download their CUET UG city intimation slip using application number and password.

The National Testing Agency is conducting the CUET UG 2025 at different location throughout the country and outside India from May 13 to June 3, 2025 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. Along with the CUET registration, candidates had registered on the official website of AMU for the application form and counselling process. As per AMU fashion design age criteria, age of the candidate must not exceed 24 years as on July 1 in the year of admission. AMU Fashion Designing Course - Highlights
The selection process for the Fashion Design & Garment Technology will be through the Combined University Entrance Test or CUET.
The NTA is conducting the CUET UG 2025 at different location throughout the country and outside India from May 13 to June 3, 2025 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
The NTA released the CUET UG city intimation slip at cuet.nta.nic. To download city intimation slip candidates must use login credentials such as application number and password.
Candidates had registered on the CUET website cuet.nta.nic.in for appearing at the admission test.
Candidates had to also registered on the AMU website amu.ac.in for an application form, counseling and admission.
Candidates who registered for the course of study on the CUET website and appear in the test will be eligible for counseling and admission.
Admission to this course will be offered to only female candidates.
Hostel Accommodation will not be provided to the admitted candidates.
Students will have to go outside Aligarh for skill training at their own expense.
Classes will be held in the afternoon/evening.
Students admitted to B.Voc. Fashion Design & Garment Technology will have to pay an additional charge of a time Development Fee of Rs. 10000 and per Semester Fee of Rs. 20000 per candidate.

AMU Fashion Design Admission Registration
Aligarh Muslim University released the application form for Fashion Design & Garment Technology at amu.ac.in. Before filling the Application form candidates had the following ready.
Scanned copy of colored Photo with white background, Signature, and Thumb Impression (Left Hand Thumb Impression for every candidate) of the Candidate in JPG format. The file size of each should be less than 200KB.
Email address & Mobile number.
Online Banking details/Debit Card/Credit Card.
Details of qualifying examination.
