Yes, with a Bachelor's degree in Science (BSc) and a postgraduate degree in Political Science, you can generally apply for a 2nd grade Social Science teacher position, as your postgraduate qualification in Political Science falls under the social science umbrella; however, you would need to ensure you have the required B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) degree and clear any necessary teaching eligibility tests in your region to be fully qualified.
Generally private school and colleges dont demand for same graduation subject as Your graduation subjects has nothing to do with selection of methods in teaching. One needs to choose a language subject and a school subject as methods in the B.Ed as per his/her choice and availability of subjects in that institution.
The only problem one likely to face is after his/her B.Ed when one apply for a Government job as one needs to study atleast two school subject in their graduation.

Studying two degrees simultaneously, such as BSc in Zoology and an Arts degree, can be challenging but achievable under certain conditions. Here's how you can approach it:
Check University Regulations : First, confirm if the university allows students to pursue two degrees at the same time. Some universities may have provisions for dual degree programs, while others may not permit it. Contact the university’s admission or academic office for clarification.
Course Load and Flexibility : If allowed, you need to evaluate whether the courses for both degrees can be scheduled without overlapping, or if there is flexibility to manage both course loads. Some universities offer evening classes, distance learning options, or flexible hours, which could help in managing both programs.
Distance Learning : If the university does not allow two degrees in regular mode, you could consider enrolling in one degree via regular mode and the other through distance education or online learning, provided both programs allow this setup.
Consult an Academic Advisor : Speak to an academic counselor or advisor at the institution. They can provide guidance based on the academic structure of the university and help plan the course schedules for both degrees.
Time Management : Balancing two degrees requires strong time management and organizational skills. Be prepared to commit significant time to studying, attending classes, and completing assignments for both programs.
Be mindful that this path can be demanding and requires significant dedication, so assess your ability to handle the workload before proceeding.
