    IIT Bombay conducts the UCEED exam for admission into B.Des programmes at various IITs and other institutes.     A candidate has to obtain a good score in Part A as well as a good total score in UCEED to clear the overall cutoff. Only those candidates who clear the Part A cutoff are evaluated for Part B and assigned a rank.

    The Part B paper will be evaluated only for the candidates who clear the Part A cutoff. Based on the table given above, candidates are expected to have a score of around 180-200+ marks to get a rank of 150 or higher in UCEED 2027 open category.     UCEED 2027 Cutoff: Formula, Factors, and Previous Year Trends

    The UCEED 2027 cutoff is the minimum score required to qualify for the B.Des admission process. The cutoff formula for the OPEN category is as follows:

    The reserved categories will have a lower cutoff, which is expected to be 0.9 times the OPEN cutoff for OBC-NCL/EWS and 0.5 times the OPEN cutoff for SC/ST/PwD.
