UCEED Marks Vs Rank 2024: Minimum Prescribed Marks
The UCEED minimum prescribed marks are different for different categories and sections of the exam. To qualify for the UCEED merit list and get admission to the B.Des programmes at IITs and IIITDM, candidates need to score the minimum prescribed marks in the UCEED exam. The UCEED exam consists of two parts: Part A and Part B. Part A is a computer-based test with multiple-choice questions, and Part B is a pen-and-paper test with drawing questions. The total marks of the UCEED exam are 300, out of which 200 are for Part A and 100 are for Part B. The UCEED cutoff 2024 is different for different categories and sections of the exam.

UCEED Marks Vs Rank 2024: Tie-Break Policy
The UCEED tie-break policy is the set of rules that are applied to resolve the situation when two or more candidates have the same total marks in UCEED 2024. In case of a tie in the total marks (i.e., when two or more candidates obtain the same marks), the following tie-break policy will be used for awarding ranks:
Higher rank will be assigned to the candidate who has obtained higher marks in Part-B.
If this does not break the tie, higher rank will be assigned to the candidate who has obtained higher marks in Section 2 of Part-A.
If there is still a tie, higher rank will be assigned to the candidate who has obtained higher marks in Section 1 of Part-A.
If the tie is not resolved by the above criteria, then the candidates will be assigned the same rank.

IIT Bombay released the UCEED cutoff 2024 on February 8 in the form of mean and standard deviation. The mean and standard deviation for UCEED 2024 cutoff for Part A are 43.91 and 23.03 respectively.

The secret to passing NID, NIFT, and CEED is creativity; you may do this without depending on coaching sessions. Every morning, take a stroll and study the textures and patterns of the surroundings. Try to observe and see things from your perspective wherever you go. Try to consider and analyse the issues!
