GLS DAT Exam 2025: Dates, Registration (Ongoing), Eligibility, Pattern, Preparation Tips

GLS university has released the eligibility criteria for GLS entrance exam 2025. Candidates seeking B. Design or Integrated M. Design through GLS institute of design admission 2025 are required to meet the eligibility conditions laid down by the institute. Candidates failing to meet GLS DAT 2025 eligibility criteria will be disqualified from the GLS institute of design admission 2025 process. 

• Candidates who completed Higher Secondary (10+2) from State Board/ CBSE/ ISCE/ IB or equivalent with minimum of 50% marks are eligible to apply for the GLS Design Aptitude Test 2025.

• For the Integrated M.Des course, students should hold an undergraduate degree. 

• There is no upper or lower age limit to appear in the GLS DAT 2025 exam.

GLS Institute of Design has started the GLS DAT 2025 registration process in online mode. Candidates can fill out the GLS DAT entrance exam application form 2025 till January 16. The online application form of GLS DAT 2025 is available at glsid.org. To complete the GLS DAT 2025 registration process, students have to pay an application fee of Rs 2000 in online mode.

To fill out the application form for GLS DAT 2025, applicants must follow the steps mentioned below.

Step 1: Go to the official website of GLS Institute of Design - glsid.org/ glsuniversity.ac.in.

Step 2: Next, find and click on the ‘Admissions’ link at the right middle of the page.

Step 3: Then, click on the “Click here to Apply” button.

Step 4: It will redirect you to the GLS DAT application form page. From there, register your valid details and enter the “Register” button.

Step 5: Next, log in to the dashboard using the login credentials and fill out the GLS DAT exam application form.

Step 6: Then pay the application fee for GLS DAT 2025.

Step 7: Finally, submit the application form and take a printout of it for future reference.

Candidates planning to appear for GLS DAT 2025 entrance exam are advised to check exam pattern before starting with preparation. As per GLS DAT exam pattern, candidates will be given two hours (120 minutes) to complete the GLS design entrance exam 2025. • Focus on the syllabus: The GLS DAT syllabus is not specified by the GLS Institute of Design. However, the exam aims to assess a candidate's design ability. Questions asked will be based on Theme & Colour Inter-relationship, Mood, Colour Terminology, Colour, Pattern & Texture, Inspiration & Design Development, Colour Psychology & Optical Illusions, Elements & Principles of Design, etc.
• Work on time management skills: As the GLS DAT entrance exam will be conducted both online and offline, candidates should manage their time according to their chosen mode. Candidates should have a proper strategy to attempt the GLS DAT 2025 question paper within the given time frame. If a candidate has opted for offline mode, he/ she should reach the examination center half an hour before the examination time. Do not forget to carry your GLS DAT 2025 admit card and photo ID.

GLS DAT Admit Card 2025: Documents required 

Along with the GLS DAT exam admit card, candidates should carry any one of the following original ID proof;

Candidates will be able to check their GLS DAT 2025 results on the official website - glsid.org. The login credentials required to download the result of GLS DAT 2025 are registered email address and date of birth. The GLS DAT result will be available in the form of a scorecard containing the marks obtained in the examination. Shortlisted candidates for a personal interview will be notified only after the declaration of results.
