The full form of CEED exam is Common Entrance Exam for Design which is conducted by IIT Bombay every year to select the best students for postgraduate and doctoral design studies. The students who qualify in the CEED entrance examination need to fill up individual application forms for the various colleges that they are interested in. These application forms will be accepted based on the CEED scores by the college followed by an entrance examination that will be conducted in the college itself. The students also need to go through personal interview rounds and group discussions as the final step in the admissions process. Based on all the final scores, the colleges will provide a merit list of the students for admission.
Based on the cumulative markings of the tests conducted, the institution will offer the students seats. The students need to pay the seat acceptance fees to confirm their seat allotment. The CEED counselling will be held in multiple rounds to offer admissions.
