Or Four-year Professional Diploma in Design of NID or Professional Diploma of CEPT (5-year programme) with a minimum CPI of 6.0 out of 10 or a minimum 60% of marks, while SC/ ST/ PwD candidates will have relaxation of 0.5 CPI or by 5% marks which means a minimum CPI of 5.5 out of 10 or minimum 55 of marks are required. Or Candidates appearing in the final semester can also apply for admission, however, they have to complete their degree before the second week of July 2025. Candidates will be given provisional admission and they have to provide the results of their qualifying exam by the third week of August 2024. If the candidate fails to provide the required documents within the stipulated time then their candidature will be automatically cancelled. |

Students will be selected for IIT Guwahati M.Des admission 2025 based on their performance in the CEED, written test, and personal interview. Hello,
Mdes is an excellent degree for creative people, and your job and compensation will improve as a result. You can, in fact, apply for MDES.
You must succeed in the CEED, an annual design entry test. The majority of Indian schools, including NITs and IITs, accept CEED scores as proof of eligibility for MDes.
A select few universities, like IIT Kanpur and IISC Bangalore , also accept GATE scores. Engineering students have a second opportunity to apply for MDes without having to submit a CEED score.
BE, BTech, BDes, or BArch with a minimum cumulative GPA of 50 percent (pass grades for SC/ST) are required.
GATE / CEED score (70 percent weighting) with an online design aptitude test and an interview make up the IISc Bangalore selection process (30 percent weightage).
