Qualifying exam | Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design/ Engineering/ Architecture/ Interior Design or a Design related field with a minimum CPI of 6.0 out of 10 or a minimum 60 of marks, however, SC/ ST/ PwD candidates will have a relaxation of 0.5 CPI or by 5% marks which means a minimum CPI of 5.5 out of 10 or minimum 55 of marks are required. Or Four-year Professional Diploma in Design of NID or Professional Diploma of CEPT (5-year programme) with a minimum CPI of 6.0 out of 10 or a minimum 60% of marks, while SC/ ST/ PwD candidates will have relaxation of 0.5 CPI or by 5% marks which means a minimum CPI of 5.5 out of 10 or minimum 55 of marks are required. Or Candidates appearing in the final semester can also apply for admission, however, they have to complete their degree before the second week of July 2025. Candidates will be given provisional admission and they have to provide the results of their qualifying exam by the third week of August 2024. If the candidate fails to provide the required documents within the stipulated time then their candidature will be automatically cancelled. |
