JD Institute of Fashion Technology GAT 2024: Dates (Out), Registration, Exam Syllabus, Pattern, Admit Card Link

JD Institute Of Fashion Technology, New Delhi has announced May cycle important dates for the GAT 2024 on their official website, jdinstitute.co. The authorities will release the JD GAT admit cards on May 10, 2024. The JD GAT entrance exam will be conducted on May 11, 2024.

The registration process for JD GAT 2024 will be completely online at jdinstitute.co. In order to apply for the JD GAT entrance exam 2024, candidates should pay an application fee of Rs 1103/- using a Credit/ Debit Card, Cash on the Counter, UPI, and Net Banking. Only students who fulfill the eligibility criteria can apply for JD Institute of Fashion Technology GAT 2024. The authorities conduct the General Aptitude Test (GAT) for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The authorities concluded the April cycle.

The duration of the JD GAT exam 2024 is 120 minutes (2 hours). Creative (GAT) is of 1 hour 30 minutes duration. Then there is a personal interview of 30 minutes. JD Institute of Fashion Technology GAT 2024 admission process will be held in two rounds;

Round 1 : Situation test in stipulated time with given parameters

Round 2 : Interview

The admit card for JD GAT 2024 will be sent to the candidate’s registered email id by the authorities. Candidates will be able to download their admit card using the link provided in the email. The JD GAT 2024 results will be released on May 14, 2024. The result status will also be sent to the candidate’s registered email ID, along with instructions for the next step of the admission process. Only qualified candidates will receive an email from the authorities. Qualified candidates will need to confirm their seats before May 17, 2024.

JD Institute Of Fashion Technology GAT will be held in multiple phases. Previously, the JD GAT exam was conducted in the April cycle.  JD GAT exam admit card was issued on April 5. JD GAT  exam 2024 was held on April 6.  The JD GAT results were announced by the authorities on April 8, 2024. Following the results, confirmation of seat for JD GAT 2024 exam was completed on April 11, 2024.

What is GAT?

The department carefully designs the General Aptitude Test to help the institute and the student understand his current creative abilities. A candidate's skills are assessed through different test formats giving top priority to how each task is approached. The nature of this GAT exam will be more qualitative, allowing the candidates to solve their problems and use their creative thinking skills.

The eligibility criteria will include the conditions and requirements that students need to meet to be eligible for admission to JD Institute of Fashion Technology.

• Postgraduate programmes (JD INSTITUTE OF FASHION TECHNOLOGY) - Candidate should have completed graduation/ 3 year diploma in any discipline from a recognized university.

• Postgraduate programmes (INDUSTRIAL COLLABORATION WITH SUBHARTI UNIVERSITY, MEERUT) - Candidate should have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.

The authority released the JD GAT 2024 application form in online mode. Candidates will be able to fill out the application form for JD GAT 2024 at jdinstitute.co. To complete the registration process, students will have to follow the below process.

• Scanned copy of a photograph

• Class 10 and Class 12 certificate

• Mark sheet of the qualifying diploma

• Bachelor’s degree

Steps to fill JD GAT 2024 application form

• First, visit the official website.

• Next, find and click on the "Apply Now" button.

• Then, fill in the application form for JD GAT 2024.

• The OTP will be sent to candidates' registration Mobile & Email. Verify the contact via OTP. Once verified you will be directed to the GAT 2024 application form.

• From there, enter all details like personal information, qualification degree, course applied for, work experience, family details, etc.

• Upload a passport-size photograph with Classes 10, and 12, and a graduation certificate.

• Then, pay a GAT application fee of Rs 1103.

• Finally, submit the completed JD GAT exam 2024 application form and take a printout of the same for your future use.

Note: Any payment made by the applicants necessitates obtaining a Receipt and Acknowledgement. This document must be properly signed by the Admissions Department, as it is a compulsory requirement.

Application Fees

The authorities released the JD GAT 2024 exam pattern at the official website. JD Institute of Fashion Technology General Aptitude Test 2024 will be held as a computer based test. The JD GAT exam is conducted in two rounds;

• Round 1: Situation test in stipulated time with given parameters
• Round 2: Personal Interview (PI)

The duration of the JD GAT exam is 120 minutes (2 hours). The reporting time is 30 minutes before the allotted time. Creative (GAT) will be of 1 hour 30 minutes duration. Then there will be a personal interview of 30 minutes. The marking scheme is divided into two parts 60:40, Creative (GAT) is 60% whereas Interview is 40%.

Candidates who complete the registration process before the deadline will be issued with the JD GAT 2024 admit card. The candidates can download the admit card for JD GAT 2024 on May 10. Aspirants JD Institute of Fashion Technology will send a link to download the General Aptitude Test 2024 admit card to candidates' registered mail id. Aspirants have to login to the link using valid credentials.

Steps to download JD GAT Admit Card 2024

• Login to the registered email dashboard.

• Next, find and click on the received JD GAT admit card link.

• It will redirect you to the admit card page.

• From there, click on the "Download GAT 2024 Admit Card" link.

• Finally, it will download automatically in pdf format.

NOTE : Candidates should carry a hard/ soft copy of the GAT admit card on the day of the examination. Candidates appearing online should keep a soft copy of the JD GAT admit card ready.
