There is no such concept of rank to clear the FDDI exam.Also, you did'nt mention  you're from which category. Your selection will depend upon your marks and the cut off provided by the unversity depending upon the seats available wit them and the number of applicants available with

The documents that you need to carry with yourself on the day of the exam are- FDDI AIST admit card and, Valid photo id proof like driving license/voter id card/passport/identity card.

For the entrance exam FDDI AIST you need to carry your admit card/hall ticket and one photo id proof(voter's id, aadhar card, passport, driving license,etc.). You need to carry the FDDI AIST hall ticket and along with it your photo id card for entry in the examination center.

According to my research and the information provided by ministry of commerce and industry under which FDDI is a body , according to them around 20,000 students appeared for FDDI AIST in various shifts.
