IIT Bombay announced the CEED exam dates on its official website - ceed.iitb.ac.in 2025. According to the official notification, the CEED entrance exam date is January 19, 2025. The applicants could fill and submit the CEED 2025 application form with late fee from November 1 to 18, 2025 till 5 PM. Aspiring candidates who want to pursue the postgraduate design courses at IITs had to fill the CEED 2025 application form before the deadline. The CEED 2025 registration last date without late fee was October 31, 2024.
Students who wish to pursue the postgraduate design programme need to meet the CEED 2025 eligibility criteria. The CEED exam eligibility criteria 2025 is prescribed along with the brochure by IIT Bombay. Candidates interested in the M.Des programme need to have a degree or diploma or postgraduate degree after completing the 12th standard are eligible for admission to various institutes.
Aspirants who are going to appear for CEED exam 2025 should check syllabus and exam pattern beforehand to get an idea on how the entrance exam will be held. CEED syllabus 2025 has been released at ceed.iitb.ac.in 2025.
The exam authorities will issue the CEED admit card 2025 on January 3, 2025. Registered students will be able to download the CEED admit card by visiting their dashboard using the login credentials. About the CEED 2025 exam
CEED full form stands for Common Entrance Exam for Design which is a national level examination conducted by IIT Bombay for postgraduate design admission for various institutions. CEED score is accepted by many various colleges offering M.Des programmes. CEED examination 2025 comprises two parts such as Part A and Part B. CEED part A consists of objective type questions, while Part B consists of 5 questions. The weightage of CEED part A and part B are 25% and 75% respectively. Candidates who are interested in M.Des design course in IITs need to appear for CEED exam and attain the required cutoff to get admission in desired course.

Candidates aspiring to apply for the CEED 2025 exam need to satisfy the CEED exam eligibility criteria specified by the conducting body. Candidates can check the CEED eligibility criteria 2025 from the list below:

Mdes is an excellent degree for creative people, and your job and compensation will improve as a result. You can, in fact, apply for MDES.
You must succeed in the CEED, an annual design entry test. The majority of Indian schools, including NITs and IITs, accept CEED scores as proof of eligibility for MDes.
A select few universities, like IIT Kanpur and IISC Bangalore , also accept GATE scores. Engineering students have a second opportunity to apply for MDes without having to submit a CEED score.
BE, BTech, BDes, or BArch with a minimum cumulative GPA of 50 percent (pass grades for SC/ST) are required.
GATE / CEED score (70 percent weighting) with an online design aptitude test and an interview make up the IISc Bangalore selection process (30 percent weightage).
