Currently, as per the notification on IIT Delhi Design Courses & Fee Structure, design courses of IIT Delhi do not include any courses of undergraduate level like B.des. However, considering the increasing demand for design education IIT Delhi is likely to introduce a four year Bachelor in Design (B.Des) course from the academic session (2020-21). At present only IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati and IIITDM Jabalpur are offering admission in B.Des courses through UCEED. However, IIT Delhi is yet to finalise the selection process, as it might consider JEE scores for providing admissions in undergraduate IIT Delhi design courses. Taking the Postgraduate design course of IIT Delhi into consideration, M.Des in Industrial design is offered which is a two-year programme.

if you want to take admission in nanotechnology at the under graduate level then you need to clear the intermediate examination in science stream subjects included are physics, chemistry , biology/mathematics , however no institution in india offers bachelor courses in nanotechnology , candidate holding B.tech degree in material science, mechanical , biomedical, chemical , biotechnology, electronics and computer science or B.S.c in physics, chemistry , mathematics and life sciences can also apply for the postgraduate cousres in nantechnology
as you want to be a nanotechnology engineer and you are finding diificult to go outside from country then i would suggest you to pursue B.tech in any of the branch mentioned above and then go for M.tech in nanotechnology.

The fee structure in IIT Delhi for one semester of m.sc programs is as
Tution fee -5000
Other Fee including the hostel charges and amenities -16400
Other Fee without hostel charges and amenities - 11100.
Total fee including hostel charges - 21400.
Total fee without hostel charges - 16100.
So for one year a M.Sc aspirant has to pay approximately 43000 fee in IIT Delhi.
IIT provide concession to sc St category candidate in the fees.

IIT delhi takes admission on the basis of jee advance marks.
To appear for jee advance one need to qualify the jee main exam. The cutoff to appear in jee main exam were declared by N.T.A after the april attempt.
The cutoff depend on many factors like number of student appeared in the exam, category , exam level etc. Hence they may vary from year to year. So we can not determine the exact cutoff but have an idea about it with previous years cutoff trends.
From the previous years trends the cutoff for appearing to jee advance for pwd category is expected to be around 0.11 percentile.
The jee advance cutoff for obc pwd candidate for admission to iit Delhi is expected to be around 17.5 %.

YOu must not worry about the fees of IITs, as you will get a student loan easily once you get the rank, YOu dont even have to pay the installments till you graduate. So just focus on the rank part and try to get a good rank.
