The National Institute of Fashion Technology will publish the NIFT PG 2026 notification on its official website - nift.ac.in tentatively in November 2025. The NIFT 2026 schedule for PG admissions will be provided in the exam notification. National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to open the NIFT PG 2026 application form tentatively in November 2025. Interested candidates must complete their registrations online. The NIFT PG 2026 consists of the entrance exam and the interview. Candidates who are shortlisted in the entrance exam will be called for the interview. Candidates will be called for the NIFT PG counselling based on their performance in the exam and the interview.
The National Institute of Fashion Technology offers PG courses such as M.Design, M.F.M., and M.F.Tech. Age Limit: There is no age limit to apply for M.Des and MFM programmes.
Academic Qualification: Candidates who completed their undergraduate degree in any discipline from any recognized Institute/University. Also, the students who passed their undergraduate 3 years diploma from NIFT/NID.
For the MFTech programme:
Age Limit: There is no age limit to apply for the MFTech programme.
Academic Qualification: Candidates who completed their BFTech. from National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT)
(or)
B.E/B.Tech. from any recognized institute or university.
NOTE: The applicants appearing for the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply.

The National Testing Agency will release the NIFT PG 2026 admit card tentatively one week before the exam. Candidates need to enter their login credentials to download the NIFT PG 2026 admit card. The NIFT PG admit card contains details such as the candidate’s name, date of birth, application number, category, exam centre code, name and address, course name, reporting time, and candidate’s signature.
