Im getting 25 marks in Ceed paper 1(OC/general). am i qualified for paper 2?

Vaishnavi Raghavan 26th Mar, 2019

Hello Harsha,

CEED is the entrance exam for masters in design at IIT's. so in general CEED exam has two papers A and B. Paper A doesn't add up to your rank. But you must reach the required cutoff percent in paper A for your paper B to be evaluated.

The required cutoff percent in CEED paper A for 2019 is as follows,

  • Open/ General - 10%
  • OBC - 9%
  • SC/ST/PwD - 5%

As you've scored 25% in your paper A you have qualified for paper B.

I hope this helps you.
