Hopefully it should not be problem.
If you have wrongly filled up circles or the ink has soread out then computer might not recognise and may not read it which could be problem.
If you have written something over coloredcircles then definitely it will not be counted.

Analysing previous year cutoff of dj sanghvi it is hard to get a seat in first round but if you try for 2nd and 3rd round you might get seat.
