According to me, with 119 marks in mht cet,you can get rank between 9000- 11000.And with this rank you cannot get comuter science in pccoe college.But you can get cse in other colleges like Bharati vidyapeeth,s college of engineering,kolhapur,Suresh deshmukh college of engineering,wardha,Universal college of engineering and research,pune,Padmashri Dr.
there are no chances to get in VIT,vellore
VIT has its own entrance and you need to get pass in that
CHANCES ARE LESS IF YOU BELONG TO OPEN CATEGORY BUT THERE IS SOME CHANCES TO GET ABOVE COLLEGES BUT U WILL GET LOWER BRANCHES LIKE BIOMEDICAL.IF U WANT CORE BRANCHES THEN TRY FOR OTHER COLLEGES
Arvind MHT-CET exam is good for students from all over India as it helps you in getting admission in some of the good engineering colleges in Maharashtra but the problem comes in taking admission for the students who don't have Maharashtra as their home state domicile because there is 85%

As far as I know, you may get the college you want but still there may be some discrepancies since some colleges have a criteria of minimum 60% in HSC.
