Hi,
The mechanical engg.  requires 165+  in coep. So there is very low chance to get coep for 116 score.

Yes you can surely get SSGMCE for Electronic engineering in Round 3 and 4.

You can also get colleges like DY Patil Institute of Technology, Ananatrao Pawar College of engineering, Saptagiri college of engineering, Bharat College of engineering Badlapur, Keystone engineering college, datta Meghe institute of technology, SS Jondhale.

If you are an open category student, there are very slight chances for getting admission here. You may only get BTech Planning or Production branch. Please refer to the following link to get an idea of cutoffs.

Considering you are an Open category student, there are no chances for you to get Mech in COEP. If you have any reservation quota then there are slight chances. Please check the below link to get an idea of cutoffs

Yes being a Hindu OBC, you have chances of getting CSE via your MHCET exam. Just take the counselling rounds seriously.
