According, to the new change 11th class will hold 20% weightage and 12th class will hold 80% weightage.
It is difficult to tell topic-wise weightage. You can solve mock test series as per the new pattern for your practice.

Soham with only 100 marks even when you are having a Maharashtra as your home state domicile then also it will be pretty difficult for you to get admission in any stream in COllege of engineering Pune. You can also check out the last year final round cut-off of College

If you are ready to study in south,apply for SRM, Chennai and if You want to study in North, apply for Thapar University.
