well you have pretty low in Graduation but in case of MHCET it not as bad .so you could easily get admission in the MUMBAI collge but you will not be admitted in best colleges.

Yes, you can have a great chance of getting admitted in ILS as the required cut off maybe around 75 this year every year it keeps changing but in my view this year it will remain around 75 but be assured of your admission from my side.
