If you want to take admission in government colleges you need a domicile certificate of Maharashtra. Other state students are eligible to take admission

Allotment of MHT CET 2018 exam centre will be done within the same district from where the candidate has passed the qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent).In case, Candidates belonging to other states will be required to fill their preferred MHT CET exam centre 2018 while filling the application
Dear Saish,
It is difficult to predict the cut off of MHT CET as it's level is raised to JEE Main but there will be no negative marking.
You should try to score more then 150 marks in your MHT CET exam to get admission in good colleges.

Hello buddy, Yes you can apply for MHCET. As per DTE Maharashtra, 85% of the seats in private unaided engineering institutes in Maharashtra will be filled through MHT CET, while 15% seats will be filled/reserved for All India Quota based on MHT CET.
