To take admission in COEP, Pune you should have domicile certificate of Maharashtra.

According, to previous year cut off you should score more then 150 marks in MHT CET to get COEP Pune in general category.
Cut off marks varies as per the branches as well.

To take admission in government colleges of Maharashtra you should have domicile certificate of Maharashtra.
In order to take admission in NITs/IIITs and GFTIs you have to appear for JEE Main exam and
For Nits and iits its a must,even various other colleges take jee mains score under consideration. But for your state cet,vit,bits,manipal,kiit,comedk colleges its not needed

As coep is a well reputed college in the state of maharashtra .It's cut-off is really high as compared to other colleges.As for the general category the cut-off for cse is above 180+.

The score for MHT CET around 170-190 will secure a seat in College of Engineering, Pune. Score above 180 will give branches-CSE, IT or Mechanical.
