MHT CET provides exam center in Maharashtra only. 

There is no exam enter in UP.

Yes, you can apper in MHT CET exam.

All India students can apply for private colleges of MHTCET

Dear Student,

Other state students are not eligible to take admission in COEP and ICT college. In order to be eligible you should have domicile certificate of Maharashtra.

You can take admission in private colleges of Maharashtra through MHT CET or JEE Main.

It is recommended that you should appear

Each paper will be for 1.30 hours. Paper I and Paper II (Physics + Chemistry) will carry a weightage of 100 marks. Also, Paper I will have total 50 questions, while Paper II will carry 100 questions, 50 questions each from Physics and Chemistry.

Try to score more then 100 marks in MHT CET to take admission in MIT Pune.

Cut off marks varies as per branches as well.

Both are good. You can not compare the entrance exam like this you can compare the colleges. 
If we check the ratings of the colleges then colleges under COMEDK like BMS college, Ramaiah Institute and RV college have outstanding ratings.
