If you want to take admission in Private colleges of Maharashtra you can apply through JEE Main or MHT CET. 

For government colleges you have to appear for MHT CET exam.

While filling the application form of MHT CET 2018, candidates from Maharashtra will need to choose the exam centre district from where you have passed 12th or equivalent exam. Based on this, you will be allotted the the exam centre based on this selection in the application form

Cut off rank and marks are vary year to year, so no one can tell you exact marks for getting any college to you, but approx. only range.
