Dear aspirant.. sorry to tell you.  As per my knowledge and prediction of this year's cutoff, PICT CS will be possible only for the students above 98.5 percentile. This is the lowest possible cutoff. It may be even more than 99.3 or more, while COEP will be above 99.5percentile.
