No, you can't because through MHT CET only B.E. /B. tech (engineering courses ) and Pharmacy courses (B. Pharm/D. pharm) are offered.
For BVSc i.e. Bachelors in veterinary science you need to give NEET exam.

Assuming that you are from general category with Maharashtra domicile you need to have around 130 marks in MHTCET based on MKSSS cummins pune  previous years cutoffs. If you are not from Maharashtra then you can get admission here based on your JEE score.
