The MHT-CET or Common Entrance Test is an annual entrance exam conducted by the Government of Maharashtra. It is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education.
Now to answer your question, The minimum qualifying marks of 50% of the total marks (75 out of 100) in MHT CET
You need to have 50% aggregate marks in your Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for general category to be eligible and then your MHT CET score will decide which college you'll get as per your merit score. If you belong to reserved category then 45% is the required score.

yes , your 10+2 course text books is enough for conceptual purpose questions of mhtcet, however for numerical type questions I suggest you to follow the previous years papers, and if you have also prepared for jee main this is an added advantage, you may follow arihant jee main

The cutoff score for CSE , for Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute - VJTI Mumbai is 181 for General category and for COEP - College of Engineering, Pune cutoff score is 179 for General Category.

MH CET is conducted by Maharashtra state and K CET conducted by Karnataka state. For the both exams the syllabus is almost same. For MH CET 20% questions come from class 11 syllabus and 80% questions come from 12 syllabus.
