Congrats on your MHT CET rank. During the process of councelling for admission in colleges general rank is used not the quota rank. But, every college has 6-7 closing rank each for one quota. So for ladies quota the closing rank will be higer than general quota for

Konkan candidate simply means that you are from Konkan coast region in Maharashtra which has special list of merit and candidature in the MHT CET Counselling. Maharashtra State candidature has five types Type A, B, C, D, E. And other categories are OMS(Outside Maharashtra State) , Defence quota, etc.
